We went there with a group last night. Apple gave great explanations of the food she recommended. Meal was lovely , very tasty. I even tried a blue flower she said was edible. Thank you Apple and staff

Part of Intrepid tour for three night stay in Kanchanaburi. The best feature was the A/C worked very well. The bathroom was covered but outside the room (very hot). The internet worked well in my room but other people on tour had to go outside to get Wi-Fi to work. The cleaning staff seemed to take all day to get... More

My first time here. The service and hospitality of Apple, Noi and their team was great. Very attentive. The room is reasonable priced. The experience they plan for visitors is excellent with health food, lovely garden good for retreat, Thai Cuisine cooking class/activity.

A clean, cute place. Very quiet and very good view. The resturant was very nice, good food - breakfast included with a good options. The beds were the only downfall, they are very hard and on a raised platform so offer little support. It was a rough nights sleep for me. Other than this I found the hosts and staff... More

Apple's retreat offers fairly basic, cheap and cheerful accommodation. The rooms are large and consist of a mattress on a raised platform. Bathrooms are basic but do the job. The air-con is very good. We would have given it four stars, but the check-in was pretty disorganised and our room, particularly the bedsheets, were not very clean. We were also... More

Good quiet location on the opposite side of the river to the tourist strip. The adjoining restaurant (part of the retreat) has great food at reasonable prices and very friendly staff. The rooms are fairly basic with a mattress located on a high platform which takes up half of the room. As most of the storage space is located on... More

Nice and quiet off the road. Easy walk to the bars. A few mozzies in the bathroom and room give it a spray before you go out at night. ONLY problem we stayed for 2 nights and our toilet paper or bins were not replaced. Not great if you have "Thai Belly"

I stayed here as part of an Intrepid tour for 2 nights. The rooms are basic but clean with mattresses on a raised platform instead of traditional beds. The water is hot and the aircon is cool and there is no TV or fridge. This is a guesthouse and not a serviced hotel so the room wasn't cleaned each day,... More

We were greeted with a friendly manager who helped us rearrange our accommodation requirements as we had to add one person last minute. She was always helpful helping us book taxis, letting us know how to get to Erawan waterfalls etc. The rooms are basic and do the job. Easy to walk to the main street to grab supplies and... More

Pathetic service standard. Room was not cleaned even after requesting the staff twice, no fresh towels in 4 days, waste bins were not emptied. Shower had no pressure and was at a height of 3 feet. No shelf in the room (207) or in the bathroom. No hand soap provided. Exhaust fan was not working. Just a single point for... More
