Detailed Reviews
Stayed in August 2024 after staying their 5 months earlier. My room was a poolview room (looking across to the second wing) and looking down at the hotel's 2 sparkling clean pools.
The room was wrll maintained, clean and had all the facilities required.
The room even had a "beach bag" containing towels and other items for a visit to the beach that is only a 5 minute walk.
Location is perfect, close to Market Village and the entertainment areas around Soi 94.
Only issue was the internet in the room did not work most of the time. The hotels IT person said it was my mobile, even though my mobile worked with their lobby network and at venues I visited.
A bit annoying but the front counter staff helped me the best as they could. I wish I could remember their names, but the two female staff who came to my room, on seperate occassions, to try and resolve my complaint, were simply fabulous and eager to help me.

Good value. The rooms were spacious and clean (bed a little hard for my liking). Two pools with great Happy hour and food served right to you. Breakfast had a great selection. Staff were very friendly to us.
The walk to the beach was 2 mins and the hotel provided beach chairs and beach mats if you wanted them (you check them out and carry them down).
It was really easy to get to the big mall where there were lots of food choices and shopping. We like authentic Thai restaurants and night markets so it was a little too far from all that.
Depends what you like. Good stay.

Great location.
Walking distance to the beach and also walking distance to the market village department store.
And also the public transport ( Green bus song teaw) cost 15 bath to go to night market or Khow takiab., cicada market etc.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
We definitely will come back again to this hotel.

Not a nice and affordable accommodation! when we checked in we got a room that was on the same side as the road where all the cars drive! Couldn't hear anything but the car traffic in the room so I asked for another room then had to pay 4000 baht and got the room that was available a room with pool access one of their most expensive rooms! According to the reception staff, there were no other rooms available which was very strange because the hotel echoed almost empty..
The nightmare then began when we discovered mosquitoes in the room coming from the bathroom and from outside somehow, not one but dozens that I slammed to death, every night.
we didn't open balcony and door more than necessary staff sprayed the rooms with poison but it didn't help, woke up 3rd day of our stay by my little girl getting 10's of mosquito bites on her face 100% of mosquitoes circulating in our room my baby got so bad that just the day after we had to go to the children's clinic in huahin to get antibiotics for her when the mosquito bites made her so sick ..
Stay somewhere else we checked out after a week at this terrible place and stayed at LA casita for 2 weeks which is just Nearby and which saved the rest of our holiday can highly recommend la casita apartments!

It’s well located next to the mall, it’s clean, the staff are friendly, it’s close to the amazing beach and for the money I would say you would struggle to find better.
Not so good….
Pool in shade most of the day
Rooms made up but not cleaned everyday
Wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Very unfriendly and snobbish place! Prejudice to dark guests. Not flexible for early check in or late check out, even on mid week! A room of 4, they refused to give 2 keys and insisted for “deposit” for extra key, first time at 200 Baht, then another with different staff, at 300! I wonder where the money goes to?

This is a good budget hotel. It is situated on a busy main road with about 10 minutes walk to the sea and near to the Soi 94 area with its bars and restaurants. Although the building is dated the rooms are clean and well maintained and of a good size. It appears to be that all rooms have a decent balcony but we were just looking out on the adjacent building so not much view. The air conditioning was good and Wi-Fi was also free. There was a small pool on the roof with a good view of the sea. The larger pool was in between the buildings. This was cold and dark as it was out of the sun so nobody tended to use it. We did not stay for breakfast so I am unable to comment. The staff were friendly and helpful also and the maid service was good. We would certainly stay again as the added bonus is that the hotel is situated directly across from market village which is very convenient. There are several tuktuks available to take you into town from there.

Very impressed with the service and location. Got a pool access room and oh my, we got a bigger room than what we reserved. Thank you. Front desk and concierge were super nice and helpful. Just a couple minute walk to the beach through an alley next to the hotel.
Love the hotel pool in front of our room. It was cleaned and checked while we were there. We walked from the beach to the market then took a public transportation back. Best of all, the hotel was across from a huge mall, the Market Village. There’s an overpass to get there so you don’t have to walk across a busy road. There was a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, bookstores, pharmacies and more. The hospital was just a few minutes away. So…we love to visit this hotel again in the future.

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff, but I have to mark down because of the absolutely atrocious wifi. The system logs you out every 10-15 minutes and you have to log back again. Despite repeated complaints — and finally being given the “secret” admin password — the system was virtually unusable. Spoiled what would otherwise have been a great visit.

Dear Khun George G,
Please may I have email address, after that our reservation weill send email to you for mor information.
Best regards,
Kiang Haad Beach Hua Hin Hotel.
Best to email the hotel & ask as we didn’t need late check out due to us driving back to Bangkok xxx
You would find that they'd more than likely give you a few hours complimentary, but then you'd need to pay the rest. You could probably pay for a super late checkout at 6pm or something like that. (which from memory is half a day rate) By the time you drive the 3 hours back to the airport, it will be 9pm or later and you'd need to check in for your flight, anyhow.
we have a room with either 2 queens or king
