Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great location close to restaurants, massage salons, coffee shops, the beach, etc. Possible to walk to the Hua Hin night market from here. Hotel itself is very old and damaged. The room and bathroom had a lot of stains and water damage. Bathroom is a wet room (no shower curtain) and was dirty with matted hair uncleaned from the sliding door tracks. House keeping did not sweep up a spill of crumbs on the ground. Small fridge but it had issues closing. Tv has mostly Thai channels but there was some news in English. Safe (lock box) worked. Smelled of sewage from time to time. Lots of mosquitos and no screens on windows. This hotel was cheap, but it should be cheaper. Might stay here again if I needed something in a pinch but otherwise would recommend finding something cleaner. It needs a lot of work, fixing, and upkeep.

i booked a deluxe with balcony witch was a very small room, the sink was in your room and not in the bathroom so i was thinking how the standard room was cause they are even more little, the sink was blocked by filth in it and the water stayed in the sink the whole night, seems like they have branches in bangkok , krabi , samui ansd pattaya. They want to build a branch, well still a lot of work to do here in hua hin branch in my opinion, the safe in the room was closed and could not be openend and the tv had no much channels on it ,staff is friendly,

We came and stayed for 2 nights, we found this was enough time at the hotel. When we got to the room we thought it was nice and big, as we looked more we found our room wasn't that good. One chair on the balcony for two people, that wasn't too bad but quite annoying! Under one of the pillows was someone's nail, we found this quite disgusting as you would expect the room to be cleaned, especially as the bed was made so we assumed they just hadn't cleaned very well. There was not hot water in the shower, wallpaper falling off the walls. All this we could deal with until the ants came. We woke in the morning to find out shoes covered in ants, we were not happy at all. If you can deal with all that stuff then a few nights stay wouldn't be so bad for you.

Check-in was quick. Personnel was polite, but not forthcoming, and seemed quite uninterested in the customers. Breakfast area was outdoors under roof, which given the temperature in November was fine. But breakfast was very limited. Only cornflakes, white bread and fake jam (2 types). Milk, juice and coffee/tea. That's it. The building look worn on the outside, but was actually quite nice and modern inside. The elevator worked fine and looked new. Room was surprisingly big for a low budget hotel like this, and I was pleasantly surprised. Fridge and TV worked fine. My room was on the fourth floor and was clean and bug free. AC worked fine with a nice remote control. Bathroom was also quite big, and they cleaned the room every day with new towels. Linen twice a week. There were several restaurants in short walking distance, as well as massage parlours. Be aware that this hotel has no garden. No pool, and no beach as it is 7minuts walk away from the ocean. There is a "sandy stretch" 7minutes away, that U can walk on when the tide is low. Tide high - and the sand is all covered by the ocean - hence NO BEACH. This stretch is dirty, littered and not delicate at all. No one was lying there, but a few love-couples walked there once. Of course... this is not the hotels fault as it not situated near the beach. The nearest beach were U can actually lay down and tan/swim is more like 15min walk away - which did have all the bells and whistles. Breakfast was pretty lousy, but will I stay there again? YES, I will.

Stayed here for 2 nights and i must say, it's good value for money. The rooms are big and clean and you have your own small balcony. AC and hot water were in perfect working condition. Location wise, you do have to walk to everything. It's about 10-15 minutes on foot to the main restaurant area and the beach. However, convenience stores and food stalls are all within 5 minutes walking and across the street is a boulangerie/patisserie. I would stay here again if we were to come back to Hua Hin.

Rooms are very clean and location is good when you learn where everything is. Walking distance to night market with no problem, maybe 10-15 min walk to the beach. You can rent scooters close by if you wanna explore or go more places with no problem. Breakfast is basic. Really great price, you get more than you pay for.

Finding the hotel is not the easiest as there is no clear sign facing the street. I had to call the hotel twice before I finally found it. Motorbike and tuktuk drivers were not familiar with the hotel. They all wanted to take me to the Anantara hotel... Maybe the Nantra people should inform the local taxi services where they are located to make it easier to find them... Once arrived at the hotel, the staff took my passport, made a copy, gave me a key, all very perfunctorily... I almost apologized for disturbing their important business of facebook & playing a computer game... The room was tiny, but very clean and the internet worked very well... The choice of tv channels is minimal and the option of performing a channel scan is disabled in the menu... The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, but the shower head is not the best... Breakfast is minimal... So... all in all... if you are going to be in Hua Hin for longer than a couple of days, I would give this place a wide berth... Ok for a few days...
