We visited Hua hin for a golf trip and stayed Hilton in an executive king Suite. Our stay was for 6 nights.,
I was playing golf whilst my wife was hanging around the resort and getting massages etc.
From the moment we checked in via the executive lounge, we knew it was going to be a great decision to book there.
Now this is one of the largest club rooms we have been in, and we have stayed all over the world. I was a little bit worried that it might be too crowded to get service.Wrong….

The staff in the club room made sure everyone was served with equal attention, and with smile and grace ,
with a number of guests that would have tested my patience. lol.

I have some minor food allergies, and as soon as I informed them, they arranged for the chef to prepare special meals for me during the cocktail hour., the food that was provided to me was quality as was all the option available to “normal” guests. Certainly enough if you did not want to go out for dinner.

It was peak period when we were there, and the hotel was very busy., the pool area was very large with a lot of sun beds. Clearly reserving the sun beds is an art the the other guests have fine tuned. The pool staff did try and police this, but quite clearly some nationalities believe it’s their right to keep them as king as they wanted even if they left for hours at a time. 🤬

Every staff member we encountered were pleasant , helpful, smiling and an asset to the resort.

Even though I was way from early morning to lunchtime, my wife said she was completely comfortable and had no concerns about wondering around the area by herself.

We would def stay at the Hilton ..

Took Bangkok airport shuttle (Bht 880 for 2) to the hotel, 4 hours drive in the afternoon. We stayed in January recently renovated room 215. Second floor but with nice seaview. Large room with two comfortable double beds. The bathroom was also spacious with strong water pressure in the shower. The balcony had a small sofa, chair and table and two rails for hanging washing to dry, much appreciated. The hotel has a very nice pool. The beach is public, the water calm and warm but not transparent. Just outside the hotel are restaurants, shops, massage places and anything you may need. Although the hotel is very large it is quiet. Returned to Bangkok by taxi (Bht 1600) took 3 hours. Recomended.

Highlights: Great Location; Great Staff; Refurbished Rooms w/ View of the Gulf of Thailand; Dim Sum Lunch @ White Lotus; Pool
Lowlights: Room Amenities (Rarely Stocked); AC very strong in rooms (Thermostat was difficult to control)

A newly refurbished Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa was a pleasure staying for a ten nights stay. Staff are attentive and friendly but should any issues arise, management team is readily available to address any problems. This cannot be found at any other properties in Hua Hin (from my experience).
Room's are comfortable and the views from the oversized balconies are to die for. All you can eat dim sum lunch at the White Lotus (590THB net++ per person) is delicious and affordable. Pool is large with access to the beach. Slider is available for children only but did see quite a few adults enjoying themselves!
Great location- walking distance to the Hua Hin Nightmarket and great restaurants. Family Mart across from the hotel. If a bit of naughtiness is your thing... Soi Bintabaht is right behind this property.
Due to the Covid-19 situation things were quite quiet; however, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Three stays in our bag and looking to visit again in the near future.

My little family trip was on 11-12 July 2020, The first trip after the Covid19 lock-down. The Hotel is under renovating at the Lobby and many parts of the restaurant. The service from every employee is very good. This hotel was established around 30 yrs. since their old name was the Melia Hotel. Their bed's room is very comfortable and 42 Square meters and have a good sea view. The swimming pool is quite big and clean but the floor around the pool needs to be improved asap because it's very sharp and can hurt your feet. The M Floor(Next to the Lobby floor) is the sport zone, they provide many kind of sport such as; Fitness Center, 2 Tennis Courts, 2 Squad rooms,1 Table Tennis table, Mini Basketball beside the Tennis Court, Sauna and Steam room. The Buffet Breakfast has plenty of foods (ABF, Noodle, Salad Bar, Toast, Cornflake, etc.) I also have dinner at the same restaurant because the others was under renovating. The hotel is located in downtown of Huahin and they also have a beach near the swimming pool. It's comfortable to walk around the Huahin market and to shopping many street foods. **The hotel has a plan to complete its renovated zone around October 2020.

We arrived on Dec 30th and departed on Jan 2.
I had requested a king bed, but all that they had was a twin room. The receptionist called it an “upgrade” to a lower floor, whatever that means. Ok, not a huge deal, but don’t blow smoke by telling me a room on a lower floor with twin beds is an “upgrade”

I have medication that requires chilling, and placed it in the mini-fridge for use the following morning. Well, the fridge was broken and my meds went warm. Had to call twice and visit the front desk before getting another fridge that worked. Luckily I found a pharm that had my meds and was able to buy what I needed.

Next, before going to sleep, I checked the patio door lock. It would not lock properly. Once again, a call to the desk resulted in nothing. I decided not to worry about it until the next day. Had to call and remind the desk 2 more times, yet no maintenance person seemed to be available. They love “kicking the can” down the road rather than simply fix the issue.

The pool was partly closed due to the New Year preparations, but that was not a problem, as a large part was open for swimming.

Plus side, housekeeper staff were fantastic and very courteous.

Also, EVERYTHING has a 10% service addition including 10% added to the price of the room. Tax is 7%. So pay attention to your booking rate. We paid an additional of US$127 above the rate listed on the web app.

Overall, it’s a nice property but service (besides housekeeping) is lacking and unresponsive.

Definitely not worth $200 a night + the additional fees.

Stayed for 2 nights at the Hilton and stayed at the classic King room which was probably one of the oldest room I have stayed, room was sold without making people aware, room equipments and fit outs were in need of an upgrade to be matching to Hilton’s brand and room price. In addition check in staff was not very flexible nor making us feel welcomed, things were done rather transactional, which was inline with the overall staff energy at the hotel, very flat and loose. Overall just an Ok stay, mainly due to the location.

its not only the location directly on the beach, its the staff and the cleanliness that makes the hilton hua hin a memorable hotel and the time spent there a wonderful time i wont forget.

the room was spacious and very clean and the view stunning. even there were some covid rules, the staff was always friendly and helpful. the hua hin hilton is an untypical place dispite its managed by hilton. its familiar and the staff made us feel welcome. especially the breakfast staff was amazing. already on the second day they remembered what kind of coffee and juice we like and they brought it to our table before we had a chance to order. great experience.

the beach in front of the hotel is small but kept clean and within 100 meters one is on an extended public beach. the night market was in walking distance from the hotel and within 5 walking minutes you find 5-6 good seafood reataurants.

is there anything to complain? not really. well maybe the mojito at the beach or the rooftop bar. it would be so easy to make a good mojito but recently hotel tend to use line sirup instead of fresh lime and liqud sugar instead og brown sugar. is that really necessary?

all in all we had a super and memorable stay and we will choose the hua hin hotel again when we come back for golf.

It was a great stayed. Very convenient location and the rooms are spacious.
We stayed on 16 floors and how can I not mention 2 lovely housekeeping names Khun Noi. I believe there are 2 of Khun Noi who always paid very well attention to make sure our rooms are clean and tidy.

We stayed 2 rooms with our 2 yrs old twin and of course I felt a bit bad that they made both rooms very untidy. Khun Noi did her job very well. She added extra bottles of water without asking to make sure that me and my family had enough.

Definitely recommended!

I travel frequently with my work and as a result maintain Hilton status, so whenever I travel with my family, I always try to spend some of our time in a Hilton property to make use of some fo the benefits membership brings. However, this stay at the Hilton HuaHin also reminded me of the other reason I choose Hilton – quite simply they always try to make things right.
My family have been coming to Thailand for many years, always around Easter time, however trying to get to Thailand in the last 2 years has been a challenge. As a result of the effort required to get into the country with Sandbox and Test and Go etc., we decided on a 3 centre stay, starting with 10 nights in Krabi, 6 in HuaHin then 3 in Bangkok altogether totalling nearly 3 weeks. During the multiple rebooking’s we had to make, the leadership and customer relationship team at the HuaHin Hilton were simply outstanding, always accommodating and ready to support us.
Upon arrival, the room we were expecting was not available quite simply because the hotel was absolutely full due to Songkran and the local initiative to offer residents discounted rooms. Noppati Sangthong who was the guest relations manager in the Executive Lounge was simply outstanding – he immediately reviewed our reservation and offered us two alternatives which we accepted. Later in the stay the GM further upgraded us as soon as the room we initially wanted became available. The entire staff team at the hotel are amazing – they are happy to help with absolutely anything and credit goes to Philip, Noppati and the leadership team for managing the property so well.
The hotel is mid-renovation, but is kept spotlessly clean and is in probably the best location in HuaHin – away from the main road other properties are on, and within easy walking distance of the seafood restaurants on HuaHins famous piers, and of course the night market. The pool is stunning and my children played on the water slide nearly every day, and the final mention goes to Cherry who runs the beachside pool bar – she really was wonderful. Fodo in the hotel was excellent...breakfast had an amazing choice even if incredibly busy at times, and the small bar at the front of the hotel did an excellent ‘Black Chilli Burger’ with a cold beer!
My only observation was with the behaviour of some of the many guests the hotel had. Normal etiquette and behaviours on occasion seemed to have been thrown out of the door, with some guests nothing short of rude and disrespectful, however Philip and the team did an admirable job of trying to keep it under control. It is refreshing to see a GM of a property of this size interacting with guests and staff - Philip sets a great example.
With so many other places to try in Thailand, we may not rush back to Hua Hin for a year or two, but if we do, for sure we will return to the Hilton. Great job team, and thank you!

We're regular guests at Hilton Pattaya so we kind of expected the same level of service and F&B quality when we decided to book 3 nights at Hilton Hua Hin. First of all at check in, the information provided by front desk staff was not same as reservation dept. regarding 2nd guest Hilton honors benefits. Reservation team confirmed the benefits would be honored but front desk said actually cannot but they would give free breakfast anyway "as a courtesy". Upgrade is not possible during weekend which is understandable. What we get was not really important but the miscommunication is frustrating. The room we had was newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The balcony with sea view is just amazing. Swimming pool area is nice with big lawn and sun beds. Things kind of went down hill when they wanted to charge thb200 for a couple wine glasses which should already be provided in room in any 5 star resorts. When most 5 star hotels would even go out of their way to warm your food and serve it to your room in their plates and full cutlery set it's simply unacceptable to charge a fee to borrow 2 glasses. Alcohol was prohibited in the executive lounge but most hotels would send them to guest rooms but not here. Breakfast quality can be improved. It's many little things that make my overall experience less than impressive.
