It was the 4th stay last 10 months. Excellent hotel, especially for family with children. The one bedroom suite is fantastic, can absolutely recommend. The beach club is also very nice, very good food and drinks. If you like cocktails, ask for Khun Kan. He make excellent! The pools by the hotel are the best place for families.. From young to old, every body can find the desired place. Khun Por, the Life Guard is very friendly and attentive to kinds. If any questions, any issues or requests can recommend to contact Khum Alex, or Fai, Amara, Jele, Mon, Dew from the Reception.. Very kind and helpful !!! Would like to say thank you to the mentioned persons, but also to all the other staff! It was a great holiday again and definitely will come back!

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. It was a last minute booking and we had no regrets. The beach pool was bliss, quiet and idyllic. Most of the time we had it to our selves which included the beach which was beautiful and quiet. The hotel is a 20 min Grab away from the hustle and bustle of town, which we preferred. The room was excellent for a family of 4. The separate room was perfect. I can’t really fault the hotel, considering we only paid £100/ night for a family of 4 inc breakfast. The beach bar could do with a wider variety of snacks. But wasn’t an issue as there was a beach hut 50metres away that served food and beer! The GM made a point of introducing himself which was a nice touch. And when we contacted him to clean up the drinks from the day before at the beach pool, it was done within 10 mins. Overall a great stay. And 3 nights was the perfect duration. Also visit Sai Noi beach and restaurant. 5 min grab. The beach is beautiful and food is fantastic.

This place opened only a few months ago and is very fresh and clean. It has an amazing pool in the centre of the space but also has one right on the beach. The main pool has an amazing kids space which boasts several slides even some for the big kids at heart. The beds are comfy and they supply you with extra large bath towels and pool towels but the best thing about the hotel is its amazing breakfast. We have been travelling Thailand for nearly two months and it is one of the best breakfasts we have had in our time ever better than some of the 5 star Bangkok hotels breakfasts. Everything was hot not lukewarm, they had bacon and an egg station. The restaurant manager checks on all customers to see if everything is ok and the GM even walks around greeting guests. Highly recommend a stay here.

It’s a newly built hotel that opened just recently, restful decor, lovely swimming pool with great waterpark for kids, beautiful outlook from the adults pool to the beach. Cafe offers lovely coffees and cakes. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. They upgraded us free of charge that was very much appreciated. General manager took us on a private tour around Khao Tao and Hua Hin which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture. We loved the location because it is close to a walking track around the lake, beach and local eating places outside the hotel. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

A beautiful beach club! Like the hotel, it is run under Australian management and is therefore in very good hands. Finally no Tam Tam (loud music), but everything quiet and chilled out. The lounge music in the background is very subdued. The pool and all facilities are new and beautifully decorated in white and clear. Showers and toilets clean. The food was very good and all prices included service and tax! So no surprise at the end! The beach is cleaned every day - overall the beach club makes a very well-kept impression. Best option for birthday parties or weddings too! We will be back!

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights because it was Nong Jubjang's marketing element who recommended booking a room and getting a gas card for 1000 baht. Secretly he said that he talked with Nong for a long time many times because it was a trip. The kids want the best, but they recommend a good room. We stayed on a holiday and there were quite a lot of people. It's recommended to come on weekdays. The staff are polite and provide good service from the time we arrived until we left. We loved out time at Carapace Hotel Hua Hin. The outdoor areas cater for all the family with the most amazing pools, with cabanas and sun lounges scattered generously at the edge of the pools and includes stunning views out to the easily accessible ocean beach. 'The best of both worlds' The pool area also has a children's water play area equipped with water slides and all sorts of fun things. Accommodation is spacious, exceptionally clean and well presented with the modern and restful decor that ties in with the beach and surroundings. And best of all, our room had it's own pool access. The staff are very attentive and helpful and informative about the local areas and other restaurants outside the hotel. A perfect place for a much needed relaxing holiday.

The service is amazing. The staffs are very nice recommending the menu to us. The pizza was baked in front of us by the chef, the pasta was nice and the ice cream was over the top. The staff even recommended places for us to visit in Hua Hin during our stay.
