Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Me and my friends booked this resort because in review and picture sooooo!! nice we excited to go here for relax and celebrate for my birthday on 7 May 2016. When we arrived no more wellcome from staff maybe they thought we are Thai no need to do special.Lack of staff when we went to restaurant for lunch the guy told me that no chef!!!!!!!!! and they have group! It mean for another guest have to go out? HOW COME!!! do they have restaurant for what!! we so surprise. Surrounding of the resort is good but trees almost died because too hot is summer season in Thailand but we understood that. They still have swimming pool only one side and the rest same as picture was dry up. Room was clean bed, bathroom more comfortable, but we still disappointed with this trip they should take care garden around resort i think if they do it will be better. Breakfast awful!! no more select choice. Recommend if you need to go after rain season around October will be better but for me no need to go back at all

OK price, nice forest theme, but inherently hard to maintain, thus don't expect things to necessarily work or look like in pictures around. For example with so many trees, though nice, the swimming was not welcoming. If no car, transportation can be challenging, they do pick/drop by main road but if on demand for example to the beach they might charge expensive and that's inconvenient. Food was quite good and not overpriced but limited choices. New rooms beautiful for now, tree house fun for kids but not sure why more expensive than new rooms. Overall fun for kids but transportation to/from town/beach can be a serious pain. One weird thing, they moved our things when we were out because they had a group. I understand but charging new room's rate was wrong.

Spacious and clean rooms in a natural setting. A big thank you to the manager, Kaine, who took great care of us and went the extra mile to accomodate us. If you have any questions about Hua Hin do not hesitate to reach out to him. Thanks for contributing to making our short stay enjoyable!

This resort is so relaxing as it is surrounded by nature. The place is not your typical hotel as it is on about 10 acres of verdant land with a central lake with cabins and buildings surrounding it. There are even a couple of unique tree houses that kids would absolutely love sleeping in. The resort is a bit isolated from the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin but that is why we chose it. There are bicycles to borrow and a shuttle to the town twice a day. The staff were very friendly and the place was well maintained despite the size. There are animals running around everywhere that also makes it unique..turkeys and chickens and fish jumping in the lake after flies at dawn and dusk. Breakfast was either a choice of American (bacon and eggs with toast) or Asian. We had room service dinner delivered to our room and it was very good. .tasty and inexpensive. It actually cost only 200 Baht for a simple dinner for 2..about $7. We liked this resort very much and would definitely come back again. Some people complain about the pool being dirty..but it was really just a few bamboo leaves and debris falling from the trees around it..that is to be expected if there are trees right up to the pool like this and so we were not surprised or bothered by this. We would prefer to be near nature and not in some antiseptic hotel chain. Great resort overall..will be back.

This resort looks great, especially in the photos. However, it is all show. Parts of it are neglected, wifi doesn't work, breakfast is awful with no western food and the oriental food is not nice. The location is a problem and if you stay here you will be stranded if you don't have a car. There are chickens, turkeys and guinea foul roaming freely which is good if you are a bird lover, but bad if you aren't. The pool looks beautiful but is in the shade.

We booked the tree house for 2 days as a break between Bangkok and Phuket. On arrival we were told the beautiful blue swimming pool on the brochure is out of order due to some rain and mud from the mountain. We assumed it was a recent thing and out of the hotel control. Our tiny tree house, no more than a room with a shower and toilet sectioned off, was as expected. Good fun. However there is a rifle range nearby and the guns are shooting non stop from 9am to 4 45pm every day. Staff told is it was only for three days, coincidently the same days we booked, but they later admitted it was a Permanent thing, they could not say when the pool will be fixed, maybe weeks, maybe months. The bar only stocked beer for the first 2 days of our visit even though they have an extensive wine and cocktail menu. We were taken into town in shuttle service with pick up at either 1pm, 6pm or 9pm. But staff forgot to pick us up and after waiting 40 minutes for them we got a taxi. Pros. Secluded spot, nice staff Cons. No pool, noisy rifle range nearby, long way out of town

A beautiful spot a bit outside of town. When you go to Hua Hin you'll be looking for relaxation, and the best place to relax is on the outside. The bungalows are clean and very nice, pool area is great to. To get the most out of your stay, rent a motorbike from the resort, cost about 150 bath. Alot of exciting stuff inbetween town and the resort!

The Resort is located pretty far from Centrum BUT will only take 10 minutes to reach with bike. The resort also offers, once/twice a day, to drive you to town for free. The resort is full of bamboo trees, beatifull flowers, a lake and the most amazing outdoor swimmingpool area. Every room/house is unique and very beatifull and with a nice balcony/outdoor area. The Dinner Meals tastes delicius. We payed around 800 bath for 4 dishes, 2 fruiteshakes and a big beer. Breakfast was included but a litle bit borring (Eggs, sausages, Toast, Fruit and coffee + Warm Thaifood). The Staff was VERY helpfull and sweet.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights after coming from Bangkok, it was pretty well what we expected given the reviews that we had read on tripadvisor. The resort is quite secluded, approximately 15-20 minutes from Hua Hin. They provide a free miinibus service to and from Hua Hin three times a day- which is ok and punctual. Should you desire to stay later you can always take a cab for 200 baht. The bungalows are nice, clean and relatively well appointed. My only gripe was the hot water on demand system was at best intermittent. The restaurant is so so but is adequate in a pinch. Breakfast left a little to be desired, however in my experience the included breakfasts usually are (what do you expect when you are in Thailand?). That being said, the resort was good value, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I would stay there again.
