The staff at the hotel are generally very friendly and the facilities are decent if a little shabby. Location is good although the food is a little over-priced. Normally this would get a better rating but we were treated very poorly by the hotel management. The air con in our room failed on three occasions resulting in two nights of lost sleep, one day lost to catching up on sleep and missed breakfast for two people. We were eventually moved to another room but, on asking if we could have breakfast later, as we needed to sleep, were told we would need to pay for food if we missed breakfast. We asked for some compensation at checkout and were offered less than we had paid for food and then threatened with the police if we did not pay our bill in full. Shockingly bad treatment and we will obviously not be staying at the Laksasubha again. Given the tired state of the rooms and the way they handled our very reasonable request for minimal compensation I would not recommend that people stay at this resort…
Seenspace Hua Hin, Hua Hin's first community mall by the sea and a chill out place on Hua Hin beach. That comes with the concept of Eat, Lay, Play, Relax. Modern design combined with a distinctive loft with modern design. It is the center of many cafes, restaurants and shops. There is also an activity in Hua Hin Market by the sea, you can sit and eat delicious food by the sea as well, divided into 4 zones, clothing stores. Various design home decorations a variety of brands, food zones where you can buy delicious food, easy to eat, chill by the sea, and a revolving event area. The highlight is that there is a beach bar that sits by the sea. There is a chic swimming pool to sit and relax on the beach.
a friend of mine booked at Laksasubha Hua Hin xmas -New Years eve 2020-21. paid up front deposit. He could not travel due to Covid and cancelled the reservation well in advance . despite different interventions the hotel never paid back the deposit. they delayed with excuses but never made an effort
Our room was spacious clean, well furnished and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and a joy to deal with. The restaurant and bar overlook the beach and are very pleasant to relax in (you can also eat or drink on the beach). The property is set in well kept tropical gardens which make for a restful stay. A couple of things I really like is the relaxed low key music played in the bar and restaurant (not the thumping pop music or Muzak that is often heard in other resorts). And also I like that the rooms are very light and airey rather than closed in concrete boxes like in many new resorts. Good location 10 minutes walk from City Centre. Plenty of nearby restaurants, cafes, bars and massage shops.
I have stayed in many hotels over the years and I have to say this is without doubt one of the best. The bungalows are set in beautiful tropical gardens. The staff are superb and go out of their way to help..there are 2 swimming pools and both are served with a bar..the beach side bar and restaurant are very inviting...the hotel is a short walk to the main entertainment area although at the present time many of the bars and restaurants are closed due to the pandemic. All in all this hotel is well worth a visit. Finally the owner Laksasubha is charming and always around to help in fact her family home is still on the property where she has built up this wonderful tropical oasis
