- Needs a private car to stay here or a taxi. - I love the feeling of staying in a lovely cottage and surrounding by green hill and natural trees. You will find interesting local herbs and grasses here.

The chestnut Hill Eco Resort is in between Sadao and Hatyai. A beautiful ride though the rubber plantations brings you there. The resort is on the hills. It has several villas for staying overnight. We only went for lunch and coffee. The food was delicious, authentic Thai. Enjoying this on top of the hills, surrounded by trees and the sounds...

The hotel is with several different kind of rooms, most of the room are very far from each other. Very green and you can't get tired of hearing the squeaky sounds in the night. It's a great place if you are looking to blend with nature.

Dropped by to check on this place. Its a gem, serene place good for escapism from busy life. Suitable for couples and groups. Surrounded by lush greenery but accessible to nearby towns and gateways. Kudos to the management.

A place which is so real. The people, the environment, the food, the home etc. The place for me to getaway & detox myself once in awhile. Allowing me to be myself, release the burden I carried day to day. Refreshing my mind & soul & getting back to city & restart all over again.

It was a great getaway from the bustle and hustle.... truly paradise. Only a short distance from Hatyai city, southern Thailand. Simple accommodation and facility but very refreshed after two night stay. I loved organic and vegetarian diets provided. Definitely love to be back here.

Stream garden is a truly special place to visit. The cabins are immersed by the bountiful beauty that only nature can provide. Surrounded by forrest and mountain views, Stream garden defines the 'get away from it all' experience. The food I was served at Stream garden really blew me away, so much so that I kept a food diary of...

Stream gardens is a far away place in the rustling trees, where you can and feel the true sensation of life. You can take time to read and study Krishnamurti have the opportunity to discuss his writings with the people there. Just relax and join in the activities or spend time on your own reflecting in this beautiful place.

excellent rustic oasis of a place in a midst of a forest to take a retreat or chill out with excellent Thai vegetarian food. Near by is a pool to take a swim on a warm day. Rooms clean, and comfortable, all with mosquito proof netting and large hall to hold group activities.

Thank you Raman for your feedback. There are two pools in fact: 1) following the TO THE STREAM sign at the centre, down some stairs and a short walk away 2) A longer walkaway through the tropical forests to a beautiful natural rock pool with a waterfall Look forward to seeing you again soon!

Hidden in the forests near Hat Yai, Stream Garden is a quiet and an absolutely beautiful place. I took time to read and study Krishnamurti and I got the chance to discuss his writings with staff at Stream Garden who were dedicated to his work. They were very helpful and very knowledgeable. Coming from many different backgrounds they all share...

Thank you Paul for your kind comments. We enjoyed meeting and discussing with you! Indeed there are usually staff present to discuss Krishnamurti with those interested. On the other hand, if one just wants to be quiet, we are also sensitive to that. Some guests even come on "Silent Retreats" and we have facilities available to have one's meals in...
