The hotel was very clean and comfy. Good shower and a good location. They do keep your passport which was ok for me as I was only staying for 1 night but not ideal if you stay for longer. They should change that policy. The night staff was ok but the ladies in the front desk in the morning were...

We stayed in this hotel in a big group and occupied about 8 twin/ double rooms of theirs. Basically we were satisfied with this hotel, except the following: 1) The room was clean but the bathroom was smelly. Complaint was made at the front desk and the smell was gone after the staff did the necessary. However, the smell was...

Near to shopping complex, cinema and easy to get taxi from this hotel. Also easy to buy muslim food, 7 eleven near this hotel. My concern was they took my passport once we check into this hotel. I am very curious about this. If you have another choice of hotel in hatyai does not take your passport once you check...

The only thing which i don't like about this hotel is that they hold our passports at the front desk until we checked out despite we paid all the room rate when we checked in. So we were left to wander around Hatyai without legal identification for 3 days there. If caught by the authority, surely we'll end up in...

The reception especially the Chinese Thai lady with spectacles is one really irritating...

You can feel the management have put their sincere to managed this hotel. 990 Bhat per night is quite reasonable, of course don't come on holiday or any peak season. That's why I only stay here and no other places.
