The review by "qualityimpressions" gives a great verbal picture of the Hotel. For me after some 19 days and about 8 mainly great hotels it is mid range on the Thailand/Malaysia hotel experience. Not because of anything bad, but high standards for the price makes what is a very good experience seem average. The main evening market is a short...

Laguna reminded me of the Sukhothai in Bangkok and the Navutu Dream in Siem Reap. The landscaping took some professional planning but well worth it. Clean bungalows and nice hour glass shaped swimming pool - adequate and well prepared breakfast buffet. However - as with any location, there's always "something" to complain about and my gripe was the rats in...

This is my second stay at Laluna and overall satisfied. I like the rooms and grounds. I am used to taking the slippers supplied at Marriotts and other fine hotels. Upon check out, this hotel goes and checks the room before one can leave. They informed me the slippers were not in the room so I fetched them out of...

The lobby is large open air style. Sitting, listening to the music, and overlooking their beautiful garden is so relaxing I got lost in myself. The medium size modern style bungalow is clean. During the day when you open the curtain, looking out the window is a vibrant color assortment of greenery and plants. We did not have any problem...

Hotel consists of small houses spread across a well maintained park with a pool in it. The rooms are very convenient and well equipped. Clean and neat. Good for a couple of days to see the attractions around and enjoy the time at the hotel. Breakfast offers a good selection of local and international options. The staff are helpful and...

Stayed here for just one night while on a tour through Thailand. Lovely setting with small rooms set within the garden paths ending in a large swimming pool area. Rooms large and clean. Restaurant you eat within the grounds in another building, lots of choice for breakfast and evening meal we took in the coffee shop which was fine. Staff...

First I must say that I'm usually not so lucky when it comes to holiday accommodation, so this was a real treat for me. I couldn't find a fault during our stay. The place is lush! There are layers and layers of plants making for really fresh air, great sound insulation and brings some lovely butterflies about as well. The...

The surranding is just amazing, a little "oasi" of relax in the city but it looks like you are in the forest, beautiful flowers and lovely pool. I will definitely...

Stayed here for two nights on a weekend visit to Chriang Rai. Its a very well maintained resort, great grounds and pool. Very quiet with a great restaurant for breakfast or dinner. Staff are pleasant and helpful. No in room safe but do have lock boxes by reception.

The hotel is well situated to visit the town everything at walking distance, good service and breakfast, rooms are spread out in a beautiful garden with a nice pool, but it is time for a total renovation. It has no safety box in the room.
