The location is perfect only minutes from night bazaar and the main tourist hangout streets. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size and had a big balcony. Bed very comfy. Room was clean and bathroom was also good size. Parking is easy if you come by car.

Within walking distance to evening markets, Saturday market, shops and cafes (go to Awe's Cafe for great drinks and snacks). Two minute walk to the free tourist trolly leaving twice daily at 9:30am and 1:30pm. Wonderful pool with shady sunbeds to relax in afternoon. Lovely staff, very helpful with signing us up for day trips. Big rooms with fantastic Air Con, comfy bed, nice terrace. Breakfast is fine. My husband loved having ""all you can eat"" Khao Soi, Roti with honey, and dim sum ordered off the menu (lots of other choices too). We were pleasantly surprised to be offered a complimentary ride to the airport upon checkout. Nice touch. The hotel is not "luxurious," but it's an excellent choice for Chiang Rai. "

What a lovely small hotel this is. Staff throughout are so friendly and welcoming. Smiles all round! We had 2 Deluxe double rooms. Modern, clean and bright and a decent size. Balcony overlooking pool. Breakfast in the hotel was superb and probably one of the best during our 3 week tour. Fresh food cooked to order. Khao Soi noodle curry was outstanding. Hotel only serves breakfast and there is no bar area but plenty of choices nearby. Offered us a late check out at 13:00 on one room free of charge. Great hotel and close to the clock towers. We visited the local food market at 5:30am one morning as it is only 10 mins walk away…nice experience!

We arrived in Chiang Rai by bus from Chiang Mai and it is an easy walk to this hotel from the bus station. However, make sure you know the route (look at a map) beforehand as it is not straightforward. The hotel is located on the main road just down from the Clock Tower. Make sure you visit this at 7, 8 or 9pm as you will get a real treat. Le Patta is very well located for access to a variety of restaurants and the night time activity in the centre of Chiang Rai. We had a deluxe double bed room on the ground floor. This had a small terrace with chairs and table looking towards the pool. The staff were very helpful and always welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom. Breakfast was good with options of indoor or outdoor seating. Eggs were cooked fresh to your liking. As a suggestion, take a walk down to the river and have lunch at 'Melt in your mouth'. Lovely food and views.

This is the best Hotel I have ever experienced in all my travels. When I arrived on January 31st 2024 at the Hotel the Staff told me that I booked for the night before and not the night on my arrival date. The Hotel Staff was concerned that I didn’t arrive the day before and kept a Room thinking that I might arrive 1 day late. The Hotel was fully booked as well. The Hotel is very beautiful, the breakfast has a delicious buffet and the Staff is so friendly. I just can say thank you so much for the top service and all the help. I will be back. The hotel is at the best location in town. It is in walking distance to the night market, the flower market, the clock tower and lots of shops and restaurants. Our room is clean, the washroom quite roomy, beds and pillows are good, with two large single beds. What stands out is the super friendly, politeness and efficiency of the staff at the front desk and the door. Always the big smiles and deep bows to welcome us once we come in or out. They are very helpful with directions and eager to help us with getting grabs. Thank you so much guys. Will be back soon.

Excellent place a short walk from the food market and other town centre sites. Staff were perpetually smiley and helpful. We had a ground floor suite which was a decent size with a separate seating area with sofas and a minibar, a ginormous bed and a bathroom with bath/shower. Very good breakfast with an egg station serving Pepin level omelets and the best bacon I've ever had in Asia.

Spent two nights at the hotel. Got 2 connecting rooms. Basically - everything was good. Very nice rooms in good technical condition. Nice swimming pool. Air condition works well. Very good shower that makes you wanna stay 😀 Location is central near the night market Only one negative issue - if you ask for an additional key ( you get one per room) they charge you 200 baht if you loose it. It’s the 1st time I see this thing… I would recommend this hotel and come again
