Room: overall was ok. Bed is clean but the mattress is very hard :(. The wifi connection was not stable at all. hardly able to connect to it... disappointed! Bathroom: our bathroom was abit smelly... :( Breakfast: acceptable buffet breakfast with the a few of the local and basic choices.

Wifi was fantastic! Caught up with all my internet needs at this place. Staff friendly, Aircond worked, breakfast not bad. Best thing was wifi speed - the best among all the Thai hotels! Good for tours to sights including to the Myanmar border.

Our expectations were high based on the hotel we had in LA. This place was not what we expected. Might have been bad luck, we chose based on price and location for visiting my wife's family. Not many English speaking staffs. Nice grounds but rooms could have been a little more nicer and cleaner.

After a day trip at Chiang Rai, as we are so tired & we didn't expect our tour guide booked the hotel for us just for RM120 / night which included breakfast. The hotel is comfortable. Our room is clean, looks comfortable. However, we just overnight at the hotel & most of the time we're at other attraction places.

“Choose the room facing to the greenery scenery as my friend's room was facing to the hotel extension construction.”
