The hotel is in a great location in Chiang Rai, the night bazaar is a 5 minute walk, the clock tower a 3 min walk. The air con was a little bit noisy at times and the drains in the bathroom were very pungent at night. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, it was very spacious and the...

This hotel is perfect for those on a budget. Clean rooms with complimentary water and WiFi, and an owner who can't do enough for you. He even took me to the bus station as a favour! Central location, but peaceful. Breakfast in a pleasant corner of the shaded grounds where I met some interesting travellers. I am used to the...

We stayed 2 nights. Nice clean room. Friendly and helpful evening receptionist. Close to bus station and night market. Good laundry service and excellent vietnamese restaurant on the same lane. Thank you Warabordee.

I stayed with a friend in April, on our trip in North Thailand, and found this guesthouse online. It was quite a problem for us to find it, as the directions the Tourist Office gave was rather vague, "Turn left then go straight, there!" So we walked for a while in the sweltering heat before I rang them. At the...

We chose to stay at Baan Warabordee after reading all the excellent reviews. The location was ok, close enough to the main street (maybe a 5-10 min walk to the night bazaar). The rooms were clean and beds were hard but comfortable. It was the winter in Chiangrai so we slept with the windows opened and it was the perfect...

Quiet location & close to Chiang Rai night Bazaar around 10 minute on foot, the lane quite dark on night time. The room is big, clean but a bit old already that need to renovate. Statt is helpful and friendly.Help yourself for free coffee and bread.

We stayed here for 3 nights in December. The tourist information at the bus station marked the location on the map they gave us and it was a short walk to find the guesthouse. Our room was fine and you could help yourself to bread and jam and tea and coffee in the morning. We used the tour operator the...

Basic hotel in good and quite location, with tasteful simple decor. Breakfast not included. Good location to walk into town. Complementary Internet worked fine. Nice little garden sitting area. Were helpful to organize a taxi to the border crossing. Could have had a mop in the bathroom to push away the water towards the drain after shower.

Lovely guesthouse formally a Thai villa but the paper thin wood ceiling and surrounding noise from other rooms make it hard to get a sleep in. The room has warm duvets for the colder northern winter. Reception toilet has a fish tank which is the first I've seen.
