Very great hotel ! Excellent position, 5min walking to a street with many bar and 8min walking to night market. Very quite in the night. Rooms are clean and everything works perfectly, including hot showers. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Moreover every morning they make fresh bread, because they have a bakery at the ground floor. Prices are...

I know that place for over 10 years, and it has always been a good place to stay in Chiangrai. Although I must say it looks more messy now than in the early days. Anyhow, the rooms are still OK. The rooms in the separate wooden building at the back are more basic, but they are really cheap (didn't stay...

Nice clean rooms - we got an air con twin for 350b/night which we thought was pretty reasonable. Most of the staff can't speak English but they will do their best to help you. Really good location too, and one of the cleaner rooms we've had in a guesthouse, with super comfy beds. Always smelled lovely from the bakery too.

They asked me to shower in another room on another floor - tiny rooms with primitive bathroom - extremely hard mattress Hotels are ubiquitous in Chiangrai, and the Jedyod Rd area is no exception. I can't...

we had a really nice stay there, the rooms are small but comfortable, with view over the streets outside and own bath, everything was clean. the rooms are cheap (300-350 Bath/night/double room) the atmosphere in the hostel is very friendly and they have delicious fresh baked bread for breakfast there (my favorite: the whole grain bread)

We chose this based on the Rough Guide listing. Rooms were actually 280/350 baht for fan/AC. Our room was old and small but okay for the cheaper price - however, the wifi never worked. The staff were nice but not helpful with this issue and we ended up spending a lot more money for wifi at cafes. The next morning...

Warm welcome and friendly staff. Quiet place. Cleans rooms with good beds and sweet duvet. Thanks to the boss for the happy new year magic for the dinner and the launch lanterns who was very magic and emotional.
