This hotel needs some renovation. It's old and outdated. Beds are no good. The location is absolutely fantastic. A few steps from the night market. So just get a few beers and you will sleep anyway. If you want some luxury, just look further.

The North Hotel is a very comfortable place to stay in Chiang Rai. Very clean wtih a spacious private bedroom, a balcony and a nice toilet, makes it a perfect choice budget wise. The location is also very good between the bus terminal and the night bazaar.

Our room was clean and quiet. The location was right by the night market. I found the price we paid more than fair. Don't stay here if you are planning to spend your vacation in the room. This is a place where you get a good nights sleep, rest and hot shower. Our room was a third floor walk up....

The rooms are quite small and old. You can get much better value at other hotels in the area. The staff were inexplicably kind of unfriendly. It seemed like they were always ready for trouble and expected it. They were kind of on the offensive and defensive at the same time like they would take no crap from anybody.

Good location. Close to Night Bazaar and the old bus station. It can be a little noisy at night because of its proximity to the market. The staffs were helpful. The room is clean and has basic amenities. The bed is a little hard but not too uncomfortable to sleep in.

We stayed for 4 nights that we booked in advance. We changed rooms after the 1st night because the shower drain was plugged. The 2nd room wasn't much better,...The only clean part of the hotel was their lobby and their floors. Fresh towels every day was a blessing. Great location to bus station and night market.

There's so much to say... The only good point of this place is its location near the night bazar. We booked here 5 nights, at the check-in we have been asked to pay all the nights, why not? Once we've paid, we asked for the invoice, we are still waiting (we are in Bangkok now :/). The guy took us...

This is a nice inexpensive place to stay, not fancy, simple, good crash pad after a long day of touring, plus it's steps away from night bizarre with many food and shopping opportunities. Don't expect the staff to go above and beyond, even the check in process can seem like you're an inconvenience, but it adds to the charm I...

We booked 5 double rooms & checked in on 28/9/2016 for 1 night. It located in a prime location. Close to cheap foods, close to transportation, close to attractions, close to night & day market. Walking distance to bus station, night market, day market and food court. The room & bathroom are small but clean. Paid only 490bath for double room. The only negative point...
