Stayed for 3 nights & found it to be very clean & good location close to bus station. It looks quite new & modern. As others have said the pool is rather strange as it's in the centre of the hotel with awkward access ? When originally built the pool was more open but looks like they added rooms around it so closing it in. Only saw a young family in it once. There are some new bikes in reception that you can borrow but I didn't see anyone use them. Breakfast was a small buffet & was perfectly adequate. All in all it was good value & I would stay again.

I chose this hotel because it was < 5 minute walk from the central bus station and the night bazaar. I had a balcony room which exceeded my expectations – it was big, modern, light, clean and well equipped. Great value - I paid about £36 per night via Agoda. The only gripe was the shower cubicle which looked grimy and had dirty grouting. Some USB charging points would also be helpful. Check-in was strictly after 2 pm. Not sure why the hotel blurb refers to it as being “perfect for couples or honeymooners” – it’s a standard hotel for all types of guests and/or families. The swimming pool is much smaller in real life, hence my comment about it being a ‘water feature’ - and you’d have to be brave to take a dip while people are checking in or milling around just meters away!! I didn’t see anyone using it during my 3 days there.

My friends and I stayed at the Hi Chiengrai hotel in Chiengrai, Thailand last week. On the way to Chiengrai my friend’s daughters realised they had left their passports behind in the Chiengmai hotel and we arranged for them to be couriered over. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed until the last minute before we had t leave for the airport. Ms Fang the receptionist was extremely helpful in calling the courier company repeatedly to check in the status of t parcel as we couldn’t communicate much in Thai. She also implored the courier company to expedite the delivery as we d to leave for the airport. We would like to express our heart felt thanks to Ms Fangs for her going out of her way to help us receive our passports in time for our flight. Out was a real pleasure to experience the kindness and renowned Thai hospitality last week

This was in a good location, close to the market and bus station. The place was very clean. Each person was provided a bottle of water in the fridge. There was a freezer as well which was great. Breakfast was good with a nice selection. They even had free bikes you could rent. They also had a self serve washer which was 40THB and dryer which was 60THB. There was a small pool in the lobby that was only open from 8a-8p. The only negative was that it required a 500THB deposit in cash which could be a problem if it's your last day in Thailand. For those familiar with hotels in the US, it's comparable to one of the nicer Comfort Inns.

We booked 1 night in Delux poolside King bed as we thought the pool is huge and outdoor. Upon check in, I was wondering if the pool is a fountain and actual pool is at the back and then realised this is the pool which were from the photos.. Kinda disappointing so we did not use it at all and nobody is or will be swimming in that pool right behind the check-in counter. Room and toilet were clean despite looking dated. Bed and pillows were also comfy. Location is great as it's near to the night market and there are many massage parlours outside the road.

We had a family room, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with 2 large single beds. Room came with Tea/coffee making facilities and room safe, but no breakfast. We were happy with the room but note that for family with younger children, it would be better for the door to the children’s room (2 large single beds) be locked from parent’s side instead of from children’s side. The hotel is within walking distance from the Bus Terminal, the Clock Tower, Night Bazaar and Saturday Night Walking Street.

This was the lowest bathroom sink I have ever encountered in a hotel, which made it sightly awkward to use. Overall, good value for money and great location near the bus station, night bazaar and a cute cat cafe.

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable Mr Krit and Mr Time were polite and professional. Check in was at 2pm. Early check in was upon availability. Stayed in the Standard and 2 bedroom. Both rooms were large and comfortable. Both had balcony’s with seats, coffee table and a clothes rack King size bed in both. The 2 bedroom had a double twin bed in one of the room . 2 bedroom come with 2 x bathroom/showers. It’s an adjoining room , but only one entrance door. Strong Wi-Fi Cold Aircon Nice soft linen. Beds medium soft. Great night sleep Water was hot, but not scolding. 2 x Bottle water and room cleaning everyday Very quiet building. Car and motorbike parking were limited. Pool was small. More like a large elongated fountain. Great for kids I did not have Breakfast. Area: walking distance 10 min walk to clock tower 10 min bus station 10 min to rental bike shops 5 min night bazaar 5-10 min to Temples 5 min to restaurants, bars, convenient stores and ATM 15 min drive to airport Wonderful stay. Location in perfect...!! Yes, it is near bus terminal, shops, restaurant and night market. Made us easy to explore the city. The room is nice.. enough space for our luggages.. and clean. The amenities are very complete... They provide sleepers, umbrella and even extra pillow. In the bathroom, standard and good quality soap and shampoo are provided. Hot shower and aircon all worked well. Staff is helpful, even they speak little english. I will stay here again when I come back to Chiang Rai...
