The Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa is a beachfront oasis that receives accolades for its abundant amenities, such as the pristine swimming pool and the inviting spa. Nestled in a tranquil location, it is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin, according to a guest. The staff's friendliness and professionalism contribute to the resort's enchanting atmosphere, although there's mention of noise during events.
Spacious and well-kept, the rooms offer comfort and variety. While the resort is considered a good value, watch out for the occasional unexpected charge.

Large, clean rooms but somewhat outdated - don’t expect usb ports or rain showers. Breakfast has a good variety of dishes - think Four Points standard. The pool/lagoon is large and never seemed too crowded, so I recommend paying extra for a room with direct pool access as it will almost be like having a private pool. The gym is adequate, but not too large. The hotel is remote so taxis are required to escape. Up to $10 each way by taxi into town because Grab is sometimes not available. As Bonvoy Elite I got a small room upgrade, breakfast, a couple of drink vouchers and free tea/coffee up to 8pm. The onsite bars/restaurants are a little pricey, 60-70% above what you would pay in town. If you are happy to be remote, then this hotel is a good value choice

Thank you Sheraton team for our heartfelt stay. First, to the guest service team who replied a chat in the app since they followed up the list of cake I asked for and they get back to me quickly.
Miss Pang at the Front Desk for her warm welcome.
Housekeeping team who arranged the decoration on the bed with a unique name of my partner. That touches our hearts so much. I know that they spent their time on this and again, thank you from the heart.
The public attendant by the pool (thin gentleman) in the evening on 28th July is wonderful. During we were walking pass by while he was cleaning the garbage around the sun-bed area, he greeted us by his warm welcome greeting and smile. This is truly called a hospitality in him.
In the evening, we went to report some small issues we found in the room, minor issues; fridge, light out at the balcony, wifi access point, lamp at the working desk. We met miss Pang again and she remembered our room number without telling her. Cheers to miss Pang.
Also, Mr Ekalak provided a warm welcome and suggestion though his eyes and tone of voice.
We have stayed in hua hin with many properties. The core importance is not about the modernization or the luxury of the hotel, however, the people in the hotel and how they make us feel is the top priority and we will definitely come back again.
Therefore, thank you very much Sheraton Hua Hin team for everything you have prepared for us.
Take care. PS, we arrange some small decoration back to the Housekeeping team.

I just finished a recent stay with Sheraton Hua Hin after my first visit around six months ago. In line with the Sheraton brand, this property is filled with grace and charm. It offers a tranquil atmosphere absolutely perfect for the relaxation, refreshment and rejuvenation of one’s soul. It does not offer anything fascinating or extravagant, yet retains a considerable degree of uniqueness to itself by virtue of an impeccable seaside location as well as a paradise-alike resort setting. In between both sides of the buildings there was an extensive greening area surrounded by beautiful lagoons such that I never felt like being in the bustling Hua Hin downtown at all. I was delighted to have received the room upgrade to my favourite oceanfront suite, from the balcony of which an unobstructed sea view could be guaranteed. My corner suite was spacious, comfy and quiet owing to its seclusion from the main pool area and other rooms. Apart from the complimentary breakfast and room upgrade as the applicable benefits for being a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I was also allowed access to the Sundara Lounge at the lobby level for unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (such as juices, lemon tea, coffee etc.) throughout the day. Khun Lynn, Khun Wiza and Khun O could really make good drinks. Every time I met with them they always gave me an overwhelmingly warm welcome as if I came back home seeing my family again. Their smiles and positive vibes melted my heart. Lastly, and most importantly, I believe I could never conclude my positive experience with Sheraton Hua Hin without mentioning Khun Naam whose professionalism was just amazing. What I meant by “professionalism” in this context would be, as the manager of both the Front Office and the Loyalty Team, her i) continuing attentiveness to the room allocation, ii) exceptional thoughtfulness about my requests and preferences, iii) extreme friendliness and helpfulness in getting even the fine details of all my bookings arranged wherever possible and iv) unwavering commitment to delivering the most hospitable services ever. I have no hesitations at all about commending her highly and she has proven herself to be the icon of not just this Sheraton resort but also the group of Marriott properties in Thailand at large. I could say, Sheraton Hua Hin houses one of the best servicing teams (including front office, guest relations, F&B, housekeeping etc.) dedicated to promoting the finest and the most authentic quality of Thai hospitality at all times.

We decided to book our stay at the Sheraton last minute on a whim after staying 6 days at the Anantara in Bangkok. Due to being the New Yr Eve all other hotels closer to town were fully booked so we booked the Sheraton Upon arrival you can already see at the lobby that the property is beautifully maintained but the hardware and furnishings are a bit old and outdated. The staff at the check in was lovely, we were able to upgrade to a Pool access room under a VERY low rate, which was super appreciated! Also late check out at 4pm was granted, although not completely free, it was again a very low rate compared to other hotels.
Pool, gardens & restaurants are amazing. We had lunch/dinner/room service at least once during our stay on the property and i cannot fault the service or the food.
Rooms were old and it showed, for a 5 star property it was really disheartening to see the condition of the room, cracked furniture, rusty shower hinges, but more of matter of looks than functionality. Everything in the room worked fine. Toiletries were also good.
The bad: Housekeeping was a mess, they never completely cleaned the room during our entire stay, every day something was either missing or not cleaned/made up which was really annoying especially when we constantly need to ask for towels because they were never replaced, they just made the bed, took the dirty towels and that was it. Breakfast was a zoo, the staff could not handle the amount of guests and plates were piled up on tables and no one to direct you where you could sit.
The resort is far from everything! Not even a single store or business around. If you walk down the beach you can reach neighboring resorts if you want to eat something else, but otherwise you are stuck at the resort. If you want to the night market 300 baht, for cicada market 400 baht through the hotel. Because it was high season, Grab did not work very well, so we got stuck using the hotel taxi every time we wanted to get a massage or eat out. At least 20-30 min drive to town.
Overall, for what you pay, its ok, would i stay here again? Nope, since for almost the same price or a little more you can stay closer to town, at other properties that are MUCH nicer than this Resort. Im sure this Sheraton was amazing 10 yrs ago, but now, its just a really old resort, with pretty grounds.

Response from Ekalak Charnchatchawarn, Guest Services / Front Office at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa
Responded 7 Jan 2023
Dear elik271, Thank you very much for sharing with us your feedback. First of all, we apologize if your experience was not as expected. I can understand how frustrating it must have been for you to return to your room to find that it had not been made up properly/missing towels. There is no excuse for this type of oversight. I spoke with our Housekeeping Manager, and she assured me that steps will be taken. A refurbishment program will usually be carried out in stages in an effort to minimize the inconvenience to our guests. While we realize that resort is aged, we are doing our utmost to maintain all resort facilities to be at its best condition and functional. We had a quite challenging during pandemic and now is time to refresh the property. We are, anyway, delighted that you like the arrival experience, pool, gardens & restaurants. Please rest assure that we are having comprehensive program which I hope that the improvement will be reflected in your next visit with us. Yours sincerely, EKALAK CHARNCHATCHAWARN Rooms Division Manager

Room: My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the modern decor.
Sevice: The staff were friendly and accommodating. From the moment I checked in to the time I left, they made sure all my needs were met. A special mention goes to Dada, the housekeeper, who took exceptional care of my room (Room No.3111, 3113, 3114). Her attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out.
Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities including a fitness center, swimming pool, and spa. I spent some time in the pool area which was clean and well-kept. qThe breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a variety of dishes to suit different tastes.

This might be the only good thing about breaking my leg 🦿– it's given me time to reflect on past 🕐trips, and I realized I never shared my experience at the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa. This review aims to provide direct insights into what makes this resort a memorable destination, hopefully aiding in your decision for a future getaway.
😍 So Good:
Scenic Setting: The resort's beachfront location, encircled by lush gardens and an impressive lagoon-style pool, was simply breathtaking. Thai Charm: The authenticity of Thai luxury was evident in every room, each featuring a private garden or balcony. Exceptional Service: The staff’s unwavering attention to detail ensured our stay was comfortable and memorable. Diverse Dining: With six restaurants and bars, the culinary options were varied and consistently delightful. Recreational Richness: The resort's spa, fitness center, and tennis courts were superb additions to our stay. Spacious Accommodations: The room size was remarkably generous, adding to our comfort.
😅 Not So OK:
Overwhelming Options: The resort offered so many dining choices that it was often crowded, leading us to skip some intriguing outside restaurants. Swimming Indifference: Despite being a beachfront resort, our family’s lack of interest in swimming meant we didn't fully indulge in one of its prime features.
👌 Just OK:
Location Clarification: It's important to note that the resort is in Cha-am, not Hua Hin, which may require additional travel time for those looking to explore Hua Hin specifically.
💡 Tips and Recommendation:
Romantic Beach Dining: Opting for a romantic dinner by the beach can be a wonderful experience, weather permitting. However, dining in air-conditioned comfort is also a delightful alternative.
🤟 Conclusion: Our time at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa was a harmonious blend of serenity and luxury. It's a place where the beauty of nature meets the comfort of modern amenities, creating a perfect backdrop for family fun and relaxation. We hope our experience helps facilitate your decision and wish you a day as wonderful as ours was.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean. Complete equipment and facilities The room is next to the swimming pool, you can go swimming on the balcony. large meeting room Clean according to world standards There is a good quality sound system and projector and delicious coffee. The restaurant offers a variety of food. The taste of the food is designed to please foreigners. Bacon is a bit tough, so be careful for the elderly or those with weak teeth. The fried eggs are fried with crispy egg whites, which the elderly may not like. All employees are smiling and cheerful and have a very helpful service mind. The parking capacity in the building is a little small. If there are too many people, you may need to park in a parking lot further away and take a golf cart to the lobby instead.

From December 2023 until January 2024 I had been living for some seven weeks at Hua Hin Blue Lagoon, a residential complex, adjoining the Sheraton hotel in Cha Am/Hua Hin.
During my holiday stay I left a fair amount of money with the hotel's restaurants for beakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
The food was good and all staff were very helpful, endearing and friendly.
Unfortunately however the hotel seems to concentrate on organizing marriages, two to three times every week.
These festivities take partly place outside and usually go along with music that can occasionally be that loud that windows vibrate and ears are hurting and this 200 meters away from the epicenter of such pandemonium.
This complacency and total disrespect vis-à-vis third parties and all their neighbourhood, not to speak about their own guests, reduces the 'corporate values', proudly published on the internet pages of their parent company, to a laughingstock and makes me conclude to never check-in to that hotel.
If you are however prepared to return half deaf and completely bugged out from your holiday, then this is definitely the place to go to !
To me it is incomprehensible why hotel management keeps on tolerating such practices (reviewers have been blaming this for years...), instead of imposing a decent and respectful maximun volume level to outside music or by simply organizing noisy events inside their festival rooms !?

My husband and I love staying in this hotel as the staff are so attentive, respectful & caring.
Upon our arrival we received an exceptionally warm welcome from Khun Gekky and Khun Nam at reception.
Khun Ek also greeted us upon our arrival & made sure that our room was ready for us with the extra things we needed to make our stay comfortable.
Khun Pen was our daily cleaner who ensured with his usual thoroughness that the room was prepared perfectly on a daily basis, . In the breakfast room we are looked after by the fantastic team managed by Khun Oh assisted by Khun Oil, Khun Ruzy, Khun Yeung & Khun Bum, all are so professional polite & caring.
Luna Lanai is a restaurant where we have sometimes a snack for lunch and our dinner. This is run by Khun Song and his amazing team. We have always been served tasty and mouth watering dishes all freshly prepared. The menu had both Thai and European dishes, together with a kids menu.
The grounds of the hotel are maintained very well, always clean and tidy. The pool is some 600 metres long, with a number of jacuzzi’s.
Congratulations to the management and ALL the staff, many of whom we do not see , for the enormous amount of work over the last years during the pandemic when occupation had not been high.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
We can highly recommend this hotel to all travellers who want relaxation & quality service at sensible prices.

Sheraton Hua Hin is one of the best places to stay in Hua Hin, and it exceeded our expectations in service, hospitality and comfort. There is attention to detail by the staff in everything they do. Special Thanks to Khun Naam (Loyalty Manager) for upgrading us to an Oveanview room and looking after us throughout our stay. The food at Sandara is really good and once the staff knows what you like they make a special effort to go the extra mile for you. Wi, Amy, Oh and Prem at Sandara did a great job and their hospitality was amazing. The house keeping staff for our room 8110 made little decorations every day and took great care in keeping the room clean. We are definitely going to come back and stay here again. Thank you for everything.

You are able to find once you book the room on the hotel website. The upcoming weddings for this year will be as the period mentioned below;
19-21 Aug, 7-8 and 25-26 and 28-30 Nov and 9-11, 13-15, 20-23 and 25-26 Dec.
Thank you.
The resort is fair distance from the main road where there are a couple of restaurants in a large retail outlet, but they are not cheap. The town is too far to walk and you have to arrange for transport via a tuk tuk or the hotel shuttle. We had a package which included breakfast and dinner, so we didn't have the need to dine out. The resort offered a good variety of food including lunch.
I used both the hotel shuttle, 80 baht pp each way to Hua hin clock tower and a tuk tuk back to hotel from cicada markets which cost 300 baht after negotiating. Shuttle will also drop at Market Place which is a three story airconditioned shopping centre with both brand name and cheaper shops.
There are more places to choose from in the Cha-am area.
