The best hotel in Surat Thani! The stuff was very friendly. They spoke english. They recommended to us were to go, that to see, were to eat delicious and ceap. Room was big and very clean. We were very glad with this hotel
I checked in around 8p.m. on 20th Sep 2018 the lady at reception super nice to me she is a good helper and she did everything perfect. Nice residence! Room was nice and Super Clean! This's place make me very impressive as 4stars hotel. Comfortable bed on a king size, room has mini bar, hairdryer, coffee and tea. Enjoy my pictures.
The hosts of this place are you the friendliests you can Imagine, they will do whatever they can to help you and so it because they want..the rooms are quite big and fresh, its all working,,,in My book its full points,,,of course the expectations and demand are different IF you pay 20 euro/ Night compared with 120e... unfortunately suratthani town will never be a big tourist place,,,and this place need to be full,90 percent of the time.
Completely remodeled facility. Very clean and nice. The owners are very friendly and wonderful. The town itself is not that great and the location is small and not close to anything of interest. There was a large market we could get to within 10-15 minutes but we were the only white people there and drew a lot of attention. No restaurants near there. Not a very touristy area. It was a good place to stay before heading out to the airport. very good price!
Me and my girlfriend loved this place so much we went out of our way to stay a second time on the way back from visiting the islands! I won’t bore you with all the travelling details and keep it short and sweet but, long story short we needed a place to crash before heading to koh Pha-ngan the next morning and this was perfect for us! So here’s a list of positives and negatives and if you’d like to know more about our stay read on! Positives -excellent service -clean -great English -exceptional advice on local area -close to seven eleven and lotus Tesco -super WiFi -very comfortable bed -complimentary tea/coffee in room -modern bathroom with lovely shower Negatives (This is me being ultra picky to try and meet other travellers needs and help) -hard to explain to taxi/tuc tuc drivers so make sure you know how to get there or have the address in Thai (From the airport we didn’t struggle and when you stay you get a card to take with you with the address like, coming back from the market which was a great experience as it’s only locals that really go) (second trip we struggled to explain from the bus station but we’d been before so managed to navigate which is why I’d mention in case doing in reverse to us and -a little out the way from the town but, didn’t seem like much was going on here -only a couple of Thai restaurants near but, the Pizza Hut delivery was awesome and we didn’t have to move which is what we wanted and the Thai one isn’t too far away either and served a mean green curry!!! The staff went above and beyond at our stay! From booking the transport to the Thai islands and to the airport (2nd stay) to ordering us pizza and replacing my lost travel medicine free of charge! We had a storm the night we stayed the first time and we were concerned on the ferry the next morning! When we went down to question the safety of the ferry the owners were eating breakfast! They immediately stopped and began contacting the port to confirm safety and operation! I also had miss placed my travel sickness tablets and didn’t have time to get some just before we were going to leave. The owners could see my concern and got some from their personal collection and gave them to me free of charge even after me offering several times they refused to take money! Overall a fantastic stay and great value for money for one nights stay! This place is crying out for a small restaurant or small cafe on site to be the icing on the cake. The nicest owners we’ve met travelling South East Asia in 3 months. A real personal experience! …
