Honey and her team always provide great service for their condos in View Talay Residence 6. They manage a number of condos here and do their best to keep their customers happy. There is a range of different sizes which incur different prices according to size. On my arrival the condo I had booked was not ready, so I was put into one which was much more luxurious and spacious with a nice view of the beach towards Walking Stret. Shame this room was not within my budget.
Transferred the next day to my original room without any fuss I enjoyed a month of self-sufficient leisure. The provision of a washing machine and iron/ironing board when necessary supplemented the microwave and range to achieve this aim. I look forward to the next time I have the opportunity to travel to Pattaya and avail of Honey's service.

Have been staying in View Talay 6 now for years, unfortunately haven't found this page thru TripAdvisor before, laziness I guess.
I have tried many agents, all are at the ground floor, level 3 and for me, Honey's has been the best till now, the service has always been great as well the rooms with daily cleaning. Have stayed almost every floor, but the best view will be in Pattaya side as you don't want your balcony to face the Mall, Central Festival.
Rooms are big studio rooms, pay a bit more and get one bedroom apartment with big balcony, there are all you need, want to safe money, then cook at the room etc.
Highly recommend as per the big rooms as well the location and service, choose from few different agents, personally I recommend Honey's. At the pictures our view from morning and evening.

As I’m writing this review, I’m on the balcony looking over a wonderful view facing the Hilton hotel and part of beach. I originally requested a view of walking street side but did not get it but I wasn’t disappointed.. we were supposed to arrive at condos at 8.30pm /9 but we were held up in airport with immigration and arrived after 1am .. I had received a text from the manager asking how long we be . And bless he waited for us to arrive( finishes at 9pm) thank you again. very quick check in no problems.. the building itself is located slap bang in middle and the beauty is you can access either beach road or 2nd road from view taley..everything you need is 2 m away.. the rooms we got are on 24th floor and are very spacious as is balcony. Kitchenette with 2 hob rings big fridge freezer also washing machine which was a godsend.. micro toaster kettle etc all you need really. Maid service! Girls are lovely but basic cleaning weird timings always seem to turn up at 4.30:5.00pm well bit inconvenient as your just back in room to chill.but no big deal. No complaints. Shower quite good ours tripped quite a lot but had engineer up and was sorted. Pool area large space and water not cold plenty sun beds no hassles to get one. Back end of pool can smoke. Phew. Downstairs in 3rd floor where main corridor is there is 2/3 shops which was very handy also honeys coffee shop (hi nook) lovely guy. Which was excellent there’s laundry’s massage shops Thai cafe which I had my green curry was yum.. would I stay here again. YES. Will miss this place..little gem,hopefully see you again view taley

Check experience rude at best. Paid top price for a condo with no toaster, very very old stained furniture, one block of soap size of a silver dollar for 2 days had to buy our own. No cleaning or fresh towels on day 2. Kettle broken. Cutlery and crockery crap. No cook top. Crap bed and pillows. Overall CRAP!!!!!

Note that the photos featured above are not of this property (except for one) so that's misleading.. Anyway, there are several agents that rent out apartments in this building on behalf of owners. Unfortunately, although the agents keep trying to hike up the price, even when Pattaya is short of tourists, they are not so keen to ensure that the rooms are properly maintaned. Creaky, squeaking doors that have never been lubricated, seized-up locks and handles, broken floor tiles, leaky plumbing, really poor standard of finish to the rooms and I've stayed in several rooms using 4 different agents. Complacency at its best, they think people will return again and again due to location and views but this time I had enough especially when they tried to hike up the price after I checked in. I won't be going back unless the prices fall OR they renovate the rooms to a standard commensurate with the price. DO NOT PAY MORE THAN ABOUT 16,000 BAHT FOR 1 MONTH. THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU 25,000 TO 30,000. I have room in a newer building now for just 10,000 per month, just a short walk away.

Stayed here last year only just got around to reviewing ,we had a nice condo had everything you would want ,the prices are a little high not too bad but unfortunately at night it is very very noisy you can hear all the bands from around the area sometimes they go on all night certainly till three or 4 AM,The building is probably in the best position in Patia right on the beach on one side by the main road on the other, you are right next-door to the main shopping mall,I don’t think I will return here because of the noise I couldn’t sleep at all

This is a large condo complex in the middle of the fun area of Pattaya, beside the big new Central Shopping Center. The ground floor (level 3) is a mess of small retails shops and letting agents for the apartments that are for rent. This is not a hotel but a condo where owners rent their rooms via various agents; we rented through Honeys. Price is about 2,400 baht per night.
The problem is (typical for Thailand) a bunch of ignorant owners using agents who essentially don't care and have no responsibility other than finding people to rent the rooms. The owners furnish and equip the rooms, so you get what the particular owners thinks you need and what he feels like providing. Not a good combination.
We rented a room via Honey and found it was also rented by another agent so we got moved. The room we got was dated. The shower and aircon did not work, the bed was a big soft foam thing (horrible). Next day we asked to be moved and they gave us a better room but still the power outlet for charging did not work and the microwave had a (burnt) 3 pin plug but the only wall socked was 2 pin. Loads of black mold in the shower. Repair, maintenance & cleaning are not a strong points for 3-4 star hotels in Thailand.
I am sure there will be good rooms available but its a throw of the dice to see if you get a good place or not. We would not stay again.

While Ive stayed here a few times, due to busy season I got one of the last rooms available. I did manage to get a room overlooking Walking Street but the room was a little outdated and strange that Agoda would not publish my review.
The room was on the 17th floor with a perfect view, the balcony was large and the room was 48 sqms, larger than most hotel rooms in Thailand.
The safe is one of those older one's, it does not fit a laptop, probably wont even fit an ipad. The hotel has great security even though its very guest friendly. I say hotel because I was able to get the room cleaned on a daily basis having booked it through Agoda, otherwise its really a serviced apartment block but has access to Beach Road and 2nd Road.
Its also right next door to Central Shopping Mall and across the road from Soi Made in Thailand where there are many bars. You can catch a baht bus both ways for 10 baht so the location is ideal. There are many massage shops, restaurants & FamilyMart type shops on the entry level which is on the 3rd level including laundry shops.
The internet was superb as was the large LCD. Plenty of cupboard space and mirrors.
Booking through Honey's is always a pleasure, she runs a professional operation and I will be backl.

Perfect location to be in Pattaya. Just next to the festival mall and beach road. You can just come out of the place and find yourself in the pattaya night bazaar, countless restaurants, massage parlors, bars, etc. The room is clean and big. Perfect for big groups/families.

We booked this one bedroom from AirBnb. I must say, the check in was err interesting. The ground floor was a mess of shops and check in cagencies. This is because there are so many agents renting rooms in this big complex. Thats the bad news, good news is the room we had was very nice. Tastefully done. all the ameneties of a service type apartment yet feels like a chill boutique room. Central festival was next door which was a big reason why we chose this place. View from the balcony was great. Can sit and drink and watch the sun go down.

Cleaning rooms or how much clean rooms ?
Some staff are here for cleaning and they do that reasonable maybe charge you 100-150 or in your room as free
But here 3-4 offices are working and quality of rooms depend on which company you booked , before main company ( in Second road entrance ) was so good but from 2-3 years ago Everything is changed , we have 2-3 times travel in Pattaya every year
They are many another company that quality and even price is much better than this one ( rude racist unhelpful) with dirty and old rooms that Everything need to renew
I think Cando, Honey, blue ocean(new) and .. all instead that one I explain is good to excellent
There are more places to choose from in the Chonburi area.
