The hotel is a typically large and new hotel serving industrial areas about 45 mts drive from BKK airport. The rooms are well-sized and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, pillow choice, full bath, shower etc. Restaurant choice is limited, but the food is reasonable, with the anticipated selection of Asian and Western....you can tell it caters more to Asian tastes then Western simply because they could not even offer a burger when I arrived, which is arguably standard western hotel food... I spent two days here on a business trip and enjoyed my stay. Everything was above expectations except that the food service was very limited at this time.
Room itself was modern, spacious and bed was comfortable. Toto toilet with warmed seats and features was nice. A small seating area by the window was a very nice touch to relax on after work.
Gym was fully equipped with all new equipment. It was a good workout for me with both machine and free weights including a rack for benching. Two each treadmills, ellipticals and just one bike for cardio.
Swimming pool was on the 13th floor with views of the city. I liked the fact that it was about double the length compared to the other pools I swam in so far on this trip. No poolside bar service yet but all the deck furnishings were new and comfortable.
The Japanese sauna Ofuro was a new experience for me. Started in the 90+ degree wooden sauna and got a good sweat before transitioning to the hot and then cooler pools. Sit down washing stations were fully stocked. I had the whole place for myself and I felt quite relaxed and slept the longest of this entire trip. Highly recommend trying this out.
As mentioned earlier food service was limited. Small breakfast buffet (salad, breads and pastries, yogurt, boxed cereals, fresh fruits) with choice of Japanese or Thai entrees. Dinner was room service only from 5:00 to 7:30pm only. Most of the dinner options were Japanese (I.e. udon, katsu, curry) and Pad Thai (pork or chicken). There was no restaurants nearby so Grab delivery was only other option without a car.
Downstairs had a laundromat met to the business center. The kiosk for snacks was not open yet and the lobby bar was just serving coffees and non alcoholic drinks.
Lobby design was expansive and very nice. Fluke at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with excellent customer service.
I know the hotel just recently opened so service and amenities should improve as they finish up.
Will stay here again on my next business trip.

Very good environment, new room decoration, and nice restaurant. You could eat Japanese, Thai, and Western style food if you want. There is a shopping mall near by this hotel. You can easy find and reload your tools and food. Also, it has self-service laundry in 1F. Front desk service is very nice. Especially Name and Fluke.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Nikko Amata City Chonburi. Every staff member I encountered, from the bell boy to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Khun Name, Khun Prem, Khun Ice, Khun Yim, and Khun Fern were very helpful and made my stay at this property enjoyable. They were kind and informed me on all amenities this property had to offer. 5 - new and very clean and super helpful staff (Sales Manager Mr Ikeda-San follow up closely for our stay and meeting facility, he response very fast for all the changes happen last mins and he always there to help (he is responding emails even 11pm and he came to help for the meeting set up at 8am!, Nut & Mjn take very good care 14 of us for the dinner We had breakfast, lunch & dinner at the hotel. Food was good! My colleague was happy with the GYM facility.

The overall hotel is very good - room condition, decoration, facilities and all equipment in the room. The most impressive experience is the reception service which is best after traveling through out Thailand for many hotels. Especially, Mr TEN is very helpful to solve my personal problem and all my traveling plan to stay at the hotel. He is such a valuable resource of the hotel which is a rare case for chained hotel, where most of the stuffs working as robot, but not for this hotel.

The staff were So lovely and helpful. The front desk spent an inordinate amount of time helping us plan our visit. Ace, Glame, and Fern (I could have got the names wrong) were so kind.
The hotel is beautiful, and every part of it is extremely well appointed. The Japanese baths were a new experience for us. Very impressive. This was the nicest hotel overall that we stayed at in Thailand.

Best value for money hotel in Amata City. New, clean, and friendly service. Room with separate toilet and bathroom, bed mattress was comfortable, variety selection of breakfast, nice rooftop grill and wine bar. Japanese style big bath and infinity pool on the top floor are highly recommend.

The hotel is very new and clean with good smell. The food at hotel Japanese restaurant is very delicious and staffs are very friendly and nice. The location is very convenient very near express way and Golf Club. Totally happy to stay here and looking forward for return.
