Booked the executive suite for a very good value of 2,500 baht per night. Very modern and spacious room with great facilities such as a jacuzzi. Actually the room was huge and bigger than most high end condos. The staff in the hotel were very polite and the food in the restaurant downstairs was excellent.
Here is what I didn’t like. The room should be organized where the living room with the sofa is in one area not the same as the bedroom. When using the hotel driver service, the driver of the car didn’t carry their drivers license so he had to beg his way into the complex where he dropped us off as he couldn’t exchange his ID for the parking pass. All drivers should have their license when driving at all times. Secondly, when I checked out, I paid for the car service bill. After leaving I received about 15 missed calls. After returning the calls thinking somebody died, low and behold it was the hotel driver telling me I didn’t pay for the car service. I informed him I had paid already when I checked out.

1st visit, exceeded my expectations. clean and comfortable, good location with safety. Warm welcome with smile, welcome drinks served upon arrive. Amenities are provided in good condition, WIFI signal is good, bedsheets quality is good.

The hotel is very centrally located. All rooms have been recently renovated. They are quite big, have a lot of light and are very clean. bathrooms are very spacious. Staff is very friendly and has a good English level. Pool is nice, but a little bit to small ( I normally swim a kilometer every day and the lanes are to short for this purpose ). Good Wifi quality.

Old and dirty rooms. sheets with holes. The staff is rude. At breakfast they present the food of the day before. the air conditioner throws the air directly on the beds. The pool is used for children's swimming lessons so it is impossible to use it.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was fresh and spotless,food prices reasonable and singers at night. All the staff were friendly and Roj in the restaurant very professional. Reception was happy to book me a Grab taxi.

Spent 2 nights in this hotel recommended by local supplier. Valued for money. Room is big and equipped with necessity. It would be good if hotel could add in more basic stuffs like toothbrush, sandals, etc. 10 to 15mins to Central Plaza and Chonburi night market.

Clean modern large rooms make this a great business hotel for Chonburi. Breakfasts are okay and could be improved by an egg/omelette station. Rooms are excellent and the pool and gym are clean and well equipped.

Like most business class hotels in Thai, this one has friendly smiling staff. I guess they are gaining a certain conscientiousness in their delivery.
Rooms are spacious, clean, bright and with a large comfortable bed and bedding. After a long hot day I like to take my drink on bed.
Food choices are better than average with some very tasty friend appetizers like shrimp cakes. I have taught them how to make a quick and good drink, which is critical to survival when you are thirsty back from work.
Area has some outdoor places to eat, which are very local but hygienic enough for Westerners.
They have a training chef in sometimes to get build up staff awareness for details, which make dining experience enjoyable. His name is Joe. He made some wonderful dinner patties, with dishes of fish and seafood, curry, all of them using exotic spices we can grow to enjoy.

Upon your arrival, you are greeted with a welcome drink. The reception staff are very polite and very cordial.
The rooms are clean and spacious and well furnished and good price Pool to relax.
In the evening, music bar if you like to listen to music and drink cocktails
Breakfast with a lot of choices, pastries, cornflakes and some traditional dishes
I would like to extend a warm thank you to the staff members and her manager who helped me during the breakdown of my car ( low battery )

Just first time visit here for business and bring family together. This is new hotel, convenient location, clean and spacious room, more facilities provides. Staff is friendly and has serviced mind, they always keep smile. Well I love the bedding so much they set 4 pillows in room and bed is very good. Comfortable for sleeping. All amenity in room is good quality. Bathroom is good not small. View is city view with local Chonburi city without any block from high building. Feel calm and relax. Breakfast is good. I stay only one night but if I need to come to Chonburi again, my fisrt choice is here. Recommended!!
