The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable. Got to use the onsen for free. This place has everything. There is a fitness center, swimming pool, mini-mart in the hotel, and fresh coffee. It is a hotel in the Mueang Si Racha District area. It's a big hotel with many buildings. It's very shady inside. But the hotel looks quite old. Some rooms next to it were dilapidated. But the room is big. When walking, there is a little bit of dust on my feet. Wifi is not very stable. Overall, I think if you come to stay, it's for the onsen and gym. (The gym is good.) Everything else is indifferent.
As for the onsen, guests can enter for free. But it opens in the afternoon. In the morning, if you want to soak in the water before checking out, you can't.

Nice hotel , have facility swing room. Mini market , delicious food. Secure Parking and good services of staff hotel. Near from my meeting location on industrial zone. Recomended for stay more than 3 days on thailand . Not far from pathay beach.

Service not good. You have to call many times.Could not find a vegetarian diet, except ala carte salad. Rooms are big. It is mid way in Bangkok and Pattaya. No shops nearby. Only they have their own J mart, where small stuff like chips and cold drinks are available. Very Difficult for vegetarians. Even They don't provide Free drinking water, you have to buy it. Only 2 small bottles complementary

Mouse in room!!!!! It’s real mouse.I heard noise at night but thought that it’s from next room for two times but it’s near. So I turned on light and found mouse was running. Receptionist called guard to come to catch it but it ran to covered wall partition! Once checked out, receptionist didn’t mention of anything. I did ask what they would do. They just wait to raise to their management!!!

The environment is such a wonderful surrounding with a lot of tree and garden as well as all first class facilities. I feel like staying in a five star resort hotel. I recommend the hotel to upgrade its fitness equipment to sport club standard so that we can say all facilities are truly first class.

The room was tiled floor nothing significant but the size and facilities in the room just scream home. There was a couch to watch TV if you feel like it. Proper dining table for four people. Separate area where there is a fridge and kitchen sink to wash and other normal hotel amenities. The wardrobe was really great and considering when you are on business trip to another country one will need proper wardrobe to hang your office attires this just fit my need. The hotel location although not in Bangkok or in Pattaya Beach is still conveniently located. It has a 7-Eleven store and ATM machine in front of the hotel. There are also massage spa, on-sen, pool and restaurants within the hotel vicinity. Its a great place to have business meeting or conference if you want your participants to focus.

Loved that hotel. I got free Onsen Japanese spa for free, included in the price of my booking! Food at Tsubaki resto was amazing and delicious. Breakfast was a winner. All in all best value for money. The room is very spacious, bed is soo comfortable and staff gave excellent Thai service. The room comes with almost all amenities you will need for your stay. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in the Chonburi Bangsaen area then this is the place for you.

This facility was at Japanese oriented atmosphere. Rooms were separated in several buildings where the room floor was stepped up from the corridor. There was a separate kitchen-liked area with a refrigerator, a cupboard and a sink but there was no stove or microwave. The main area was spacious and plenty of wardrobe space. There were quite a selection at morning breakfast which you can choose from western, Japanese, and Thai.

The hotel staff were very helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, great location. It provided a good night sleep, will definitely come back if I was in this area. Nice swimming pool. Parking is plentiful and convenient.
