It was a nice stay over all. The hostel was very clean and spacious. The staffs are nice. Very relaxing. One thing was dorm was too cold. The controller was in the room and we can change as we wish but others wish to be colder. If there is curtain for each bed it might be better.

Stayed here for 2 nights with 2 friends. We were picked up at the airport, arrived at the hostel and they placed us in a room with another person. We asked if we could be moved to another room of 4 people, where we could stay just the 3 of us, and they promptly agreed. The hostel is very clean and has a common living room which is pleasant, and where you can watch tv at night if you want, or catch up with work. The staff is very flexible and friendly. On our last night at Khao Lak we decided to stay at a hotel and Tottle agreed to book a transfer for us to the airport from that hotel. Our 2 nights stay was not in consecutive days, and they kept our luggage in their room for free. They also have coffee, bread and jams/peanut butter that you can serve yourself in the morning. In a summary, we had a great stay and highly recommend them!

It was an awesome experience staying in this hostel :) Rooms are clean and cozy. The staff were always very friendly and willing to provide any help that we might need. The common area was a great place to hang out and it was so easy to make friends. It felt like a big family I loved everything about my stay here. DEFINITELY recommend this place!

I chose this place due to ratings, thinking I was going to get decent experience, some great hospitality and a nice place to stay...I was wrong through and through. I have been backpacking for 8 years, all corners of the world, and this rates as sub-par to every other hostel I have stayed at (over 50). Let's start with the fact that they state they have hot water. I arrived an needed to flush out my system of the left over cold I had before going diving. When I went to check out the hot water shower, barely a trickle came out of the system, so I invited the guy at the front desk to observe it and he said "see, there is hot water" while pointing at the few drops coming out, nice. I left that evening for another hotel that had actual hot water, thankfully, even though I booked or 2 days they offered no compensation nor showed any care for their deceit. A minimal cash loss. The room was average, a bed, a few hangers, supposed to overlook the garden but all I saw was garbage out my window. The other people staying their were so self-involved, posers, flash packers, no one even remotely friendly, even though I tried to strike up basic conversations, they were so shallow it turned my stomach. My liveaboard came with a free room the last evening, so I took a chance and went back to see if the situation was better, alas somehow it was worse. This time around there was no water at all, nothing, were they offering anyone refunds? no, all they were offering were excuses, blaming others, instead of admitting they were not spending the money to ensure the tanks were full for their guests. I decided to leave and had to wait over 30 minutes until the front desk guy was finished his workout. oh he knew I was there waiting, instead remaining outside "working out" in front of the female guests. Seems those that "work" there really make themselves at home, hogging the TV, playing their music loudly. There are better places, but unfortunately there are not a lot of places there, which is why it has such an inflated rating, there might not be another hostel anywhere near them. My advise, find anywhere else, not like you will be spending much time there anyways, it is not a social place, it is not a place where they care about you, and certainly not a place where you are looked after.

Mo and Mind take care of all the guests, it felt like a big family. They have good tips for excursions and you can always go to them in case you have questions or a problem or if you just want to have a chat. They always have an open ear, whether for a deep conversation or a fun, casual conversation. :-) Sometimes they took us on their scooter for a short trip, for dinner, to the beach or to the market. Just awesome!! The location of the hostel is perfect. Quietly located, but you are still quickly on foot on the beach or on the main street, which has a lot to offer: Restaurants, bars, take away, ATM's and shops. If you rent a scooter you can make great trips, for example to the National Park, the waterfall or to the beaches. Of course, you can also book tours, just ask staff team. The hostel itself is very clean! I've never experienced such a clean bathroom and such a clean kitchen! Drinking water is always available and in the morning there is coffee and tea. It's cleaned daily. Shampoo and shower gel are available in the shower and you get a bath towel. The lounge is comfortably furnished, it has enough seats, outside as well as indoors. Laundry service is located nearby. I had enough space in my single room. The equipment is ok (large mattress, bedside lamp, mirror, Wi-Fi also works great in the room) The single rooms have only one fan, no air cond. But I could always sleep very well at night. With this in mind: By far the best hostel ever! Plus points especially for the great staff team, which always gives 100% and is super organized. I'm definitely coming back! Love you guys
