I arrived at this place around mid-night planning to stay over a night. The entrance and lobby's lights were off and the receptionist welcoming me was sleepy then I noticed one or two people are sleeping behind the reception's desk! My room was okay but the toilet was broken and there was a broken water hose on the floor with...

I stayed at this hotel several different times as I traveled in and out of Arusha for work and pleasure. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at home. The food and drink prices are all reasonable, unlike many other hotels are similar quality, where they hike up the prices for tourists or visitors. It...

If you need a place to work withou being disturbed with notices, if you need good food, if you need security of your belongings, this is the place to be. It is a place in a busy urban life but so cool that that you don't fee you are in town until you are out of the hotel compound.

One of the worst hotel of our entire stay in Tanzania! Don't be intimidated by the exterior of the building, this has nothing to do with what's inside. If you can manage to stay elsewhere, please do so! The staff is not very welcoming at the reception but the young lady at the restaurant was nice. The room was clean...

We live 3 hours from Arusha and so have tried many hotels in Arusha for a weekend away or 2 day shopping trips. When we first started staying here, only the ground floor was complete. Every time we go back, they have finished more floors and upgraded the hotel in some way. The addition of air conditioners and flat screen...

“All the rooms are different in layout and the bathrooms vary widely. We have stayed in at least 4 different ones over the past couple of years. Ask to see the available rooms and check out the bathrooms before choosing because they vary a lot. Stay 2nd floor or above for a view and ask for one with views of Mt. Meru.”
