My boyfriend and I travelled to Tanzania for our first time in January 2017. We landed in Arusha and Rehema was there to pick us up at the airport. We arrived at the cottages and were amazed with our surroundings. It has this awesome jungle feel to it, with tropical flowers and greenery surrounding the cottages. Our room was clean...

I stayed at Safariland Cottages for two months when I was working in Arusha. The experience was a close to a home away from home experience as it could possibly be--largely due to the helpfulness and kindness of the owners and staff. Ray, the daughter, of the owners was extremely helpful in every respect from helping me to organize a...

Rooms are sparkling clean, natural wood and local fabrics, spacious hot shower, lovely green plants...

Rahema, who runs the place is excellent and makes sure the whole stay in comfortable. I am wrapping up a 1 month stay there right now and am...

This place is perfect!! I stayed at Safariland Cottages for 3 weeks when I first moved to Arusha and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It's a very clean and well maintained place. The breakfast was always delicious and they give you access to a kitchen where you can cook your own meals in the evening. Safariland is located in a very...

We are so glad that we decided to stay in this place, thanks to Tripadvisor. Such a quaint, quiet place, with a lovely garden and a very friendly dog (though he's supposed to be guarding us). The food is yum and Rehema, who runs this place, is friendly and fun to talk to. Her staff, Jackie and Anna, are also...

When we (my wife and I) were arranging our lodging for our visit to Tanzania months ago, we were a bit apprehensive about booking 2 nights at Safariland Cottages because it was considerably cheaper than comparable options, but after reading the glowing reviews on Tripadvisor we took a chance and are so happy we did. We found Safariland Cottages to...
