1 night at the start & 3 nights at the end of a magical safari. Top notch food & accommodation. The restaurant is excellent but the pizzas in the bar are superb, better than any I had in Rome recently. Highly recommend the Arusha Coffee Lodge, the staff are very friendly too!

Some way down a bumpy old track lies the perfect escape from the bustle of Arusha. The sound of car tyres approaching had the wonderful staff rushing across the lawn to welcome us and help with our luggage. A refreshing fruit juice was much appreciated after a long journey and soon we were in our bungalows which are set out...

We stayed for one night before starting our safari. It was a wonderful place to unwind after the flight. The room was vast and comfortable, the food was among the best we had in Tanzania and the service was friendly and efficient. Lovely pool but we didn't try it as it was too cold.

I experienced everything the other reviews have reported, absolutely wonderful place to stay with superb service from staff. Important to note you are a 20min drive from the centre of Arusha and there is not much close by for viewing. I recommend getting a coffee tour organised if you are looking for a days adventure.

I cannot say enough good things about the Arusha Safari Lodge! Two friends and I stayed here for a few nights between a safari and Kili climb for a little pampering and were so glad we did. Rebecca and Alex were wonderful hosts and all of the staff were excellent. We were a little unsure about eating all of our...

My wife and I stayed at the Arusha Safari Lodge on the last night of our trip to Africa. It is a beautiful property with cozy private cottages, friendly attentive staff and great food. The owners were nice enough to let us keep our room all day on the day we checked out as we had a late flight out...

Careful, attentive and complete service begins the moment you step out of the van that delivers you to the lodge's secluded location well off of the main Arusha highway. And, given that I felt nearly crippled after the exertion of the Kilimanjaro climb, the staff's offer to relieve us of carrying even the lightest piece of baggage was gratefully accepted....

Everything about this lodge was perfect, with the exception of the rooms, or bungalows. They were in dire need of an upgrade. The service and food and the grounds of the lodge were exceptionally good, just a shame about the rooms.

We ended up staying here for one night before our Kilimanjaro trip only because our first choice for hotel was sold out for that night. The lodge was in a secluded location and we were impressed when we arrived. The grounds were charming and perfectly manicured. Our room was clean, comfortable and had a nice shower. The service and food...

We recently stayed at the Arusha Safari Lodge for a Kilimanjaro trip, and what a wonderful place. Rebecca and Alex have made this into a wonderful place that you would never expect to find at the end of a bumpy dirt road.
