After a full day of hiking Sibebe Rock, touring the cultrual village and walking down to see the waterfall, we headed to Mantenga Lodge for a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Everything you can image on the menu with large delicious salads available. We were seated on the outside patio with a wonderful view of Execution Rock and a beautiful...

Don't trust your GPS to get you here. Ours had us going down a dirt road along the power lines. We persevered though and finally got on the right road. This is a very nice lodge. Good security, very accommodating, excellent food, and spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff are very cordial and do all they can to make your...

Very nice place, enjoyed my stay. Only challenge i had is, i had no network so i completely relied on the lodge wifi and it wasn't that good in the room. I struggled with the wifi. But rest of my stay was awesome.

I love staying at Mantenga. The service is always fantastic. The only issue is the wifi, I found the signal to be lacking. But apart from that, exceptional, as usual. Whenever I visit Swaziland, I always try and get a room at Mantenga. It is central for where I have to go to

the property itself isn't bad. I just found it incredibly annoying to have to beg for ice for my room in hot weather when there are no bar fridges in the rooms. This resulted in me having to go out and buy my own ice to drink cold water for each day of my stay. If you ask for ice,...

In visiting Swaziland we were looking for a place to recover from a rigorous week of travel, and this was the ideal place. Near the US Embassay and set on an unimproved road that has an artsy little plaza and a hostel on the way in, the Lodge is below a mountain ridge with a beautiful view of the bald...

Mantenga lodge is located close to the Mantenga Nature Reserve and Cultural Village. It is a quiet place, private parking is available. The lodge has a large garden and a good restaurant. There is free access to the swimming pool for the hosts. Breakfast is good (both English and continental breakfast).

Good base for visiting Swaziland. 5 minutes drive to the cultural village and 15 minutes to the National Park. The restaurant for breakfast and diner is good. Close to the tourist office and 5 minutes drive to shops, casino, fuel station. Be aware of the monkey's trying to get through the open window.
