Excellent place to stay in Swaziland, would recommend it any time. Much better priced than valley hotels down the road & as good as the top ones. Internet was a bit slow, but manageable. Brilliant views from restaurant patio. Food also good and good value for money.

We stopped here en route form Kruger Park to St Lucia, and it was a perfect stopover, but I would have preferred a longer period of time to spend in the tranquil, beautiful Mantenga lodge. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything, including getting left baggage back to us. Also, the food was very tasty and...

Nice and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is quite luxury, but somewhat small. We booked an excursion through reception. We were helped fine and it was a fun excursion. In the evening delicious meal in the restaurant.

We loved staying here! It is beautiful, safe, comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and kind. All of the food we ate there was fine for our sensitive, western tummies. The only challenge was it is pretty far from the airport. A taxi would be about $60. You can catch an inexpensive, comfortable shuttle from the airport if you...

Mantenga lodge is situated in Ezulwini valley close to the main sights of Swasiland (Museum, Park, Parliament). The hotel is clean and has a very nice pool, the staff is very helpful. Rooms could be a little more modern. The breakfast was really good.

Another very nice hotel for a very reasonable price ($50), and it comes with an all you can eat, fantastic breakfast for free. It’s cooked food, fruit, juices, breads, etc (typically, but very nice), and they’ll also cook you an omlet. I’d also recommend it for dinner. For $11, we got an incredible traditional Swazi meal, with a half pound...

The location of the lodge was great for local activities, yet it is set off from the road enough that it is very quiet and relaxing. The staff were great as was the restaurant, and they were helpful in planning activities for us. You can often tell how good a place is by how they handle issues when they arise....

We had the chance to stay one night at Mantenga Lodge and I can say it is a good place, they have nice views, nice meals and the rooms are okay. It is not far from the city, which is good, and the staff is very helpful.

We (two couples travelling together) wouldn't recommend this hotel. The rooms had a smell and the hotel was not easy to reach since the road was very bad. The stairs in the garden were very slippery so you could easily fall and break a leg.
