Fantastic large rooms overlooking the pool and the beach in a quite location. Ignore negative reviews on this place. The service was good and the food very good. The best restaurant location along the beach. We are going back before we fly out.

The rooms are very old and dirty looking, even if staff is cleaning properly. But owner should paint the dirty walls, change the old mattrasses and sheets. Beach is also full of garbage . Without renovating this guesthouse it is not worth to stay there.

I stayed here just to get to the airport on time. It was very interesting to have a shower in my room, right next to the bed. I stayed in the smallest room. For a backpacker, this would be enough if you don't mind it not being super clean. It's right next to the beach and small tour companies will...

The only thing we liked about this guest house was the location. It was 50 meters next to the beach. Unfortunately the room was very dirty, the sheets had holes in it, it looked like there was mold on the wall, toilet seating was broken, crane was loose from the washbasin. During our stay in Sri Lanka this was the...

Our room was dark and dirty. We had a room on the ground floor. Upstairs are apparently more expensive (better?) rooms. The fan was very loud but you couldn't sleep without it. Food is bleak. The beer was at a fair price though. They charge 10% service fee on everything.

I feel good in this guesthouse, chip if you make negotiation, and nice guy who managed. You can feel home and it's close to the beach and that it's nice. A good pancake breakfast with a good cooker. Nice room in the floor

Beach location is a plus, but the place itself is one of the worst we have seen. Stayed one night there. Worn out, not very clean. They claim they have hot water. Yes, they do, but the hot water from the hot tap came at 50C+, and there was no water tap mixer, so we could not mix the hot...

The place is at the beach front and this is nice but nothing more. We got wet room. It was not possible to sleep. All the rooms at ground floor were like this. Room and eating is expensive. Additionally they charge you 10 % more Just because they do. I changed the place after one night. Going left at the...
