We stayed at Kikili for two nights and wished it had been longer. As soon as we arrived it felt like home, the décor of the house is amazing with so much to look at and enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Bob the dog! The breakfast was the best we had in Sri Lanka, delicious home made...

Easily within walking distance of downtown Galle, Kikili House was a cool haven of tranquillity. It's basically a house converted into a small (5 bedroom ?) hotel. Lovely veranda which catches the breeze, sitting rooms/areas and a rear garden. Honesty bar from the fridge. Make yourself a cuppa and relax - it's just like being at home. Rooms are comfortable,...

Thank you so much for your review. Kikili House is all about being a haven for the guests. As it was converted from a home it still holds the essense of a Sri Lankan home, even though it is now a beautiful BnB. The house is full of lovely chill out areas where you can relax during your stay, you're...

Chintz and colour! That's what struck us first of all for kikili house. It felt like a real honest to goodness English B&B! Our room was small, with a high four poster bed, ac, fan and mosquito net. The bed was wonderfully soft with sheet and bedspread and amazing pillows! There were all sorts of little extras in the room...

Kikili House is quite rightly highly rated. It is really pretty, very comfortable and Henri, the proprietress, is charming. The attention to detail is exemplary. However, there were a few aspects which caught me by surprise, which I wanted to share. 1) Location: Kikili House describes itself to be in the 'heart of Galle'. If, like most tourists, you consider...

We spent three nights in Kikili House and loved every minute of it. After three weeks in Sri Lanka i would go as far as to say that i think that this was my favorite place that we stayed.
