The facilities were very good for a budget hotel - clean room, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom with shower but no safe for valuables. Young receptionists speak some English and are helpful. Close to a very vibrant market with food stalls at night but also in a quiet location for a good rest at night. Some parking available. Close to... More

We had stayed in the Ondol Room Type for 2 nights. Rooms are considered clean and fine. The Staff did not have much smile or expression on their face (do not expect much as it is just a motel). Service is average as they did attend our request as we called. Location is still ok at least it is within... More

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night. This is at the northern end of the motel area that starts at the Gyeongju bus stations, about 500 meters from the bus station, about 10 minute walk through the motel area. This is a small hotel, with a minuscule entrance/reception area we entered through the ground-floor car park (other similar places in... More

This place is trying to be cool and it kinda works. Electronic locks, big shower head, water and juice free in the room, great A/C. I took the Korean style Ondol room, with mattress on the floor. If you like a hard mattress, this is great. Location wise it's ok, you can walk to some of the sites and to... More

Stayed for one night while on a tour of historic sites in Korea. The hotel has a few advantages - the bedroom was extremely large and the furnishings are modern with a large, firm bed. However, despite requesting a non-smoking room, my assigned room reeked of stale cigarette smoke which I found unbearable. A request to the management resulted in... More

We choose a tatami room, the owner was really nice as she set up 2 x "double bed" tatami for us. The room is small, clean with attached bathroom which is completed with toiletries, grooming products and hairdryer. "Egg" WIFI is available for FOC, so we can carry it around when we travel out. The hotel also provides unlimited juices... More

We stayed two nights in this business hotel, previously described as a 'love hotel', which is probably still apt. Our room was a standard double with A/C, wifi, a PC, large TV and minibar. Funky lighting in the hallways on all floors made for an interesting welcome. The good sized room was clean (apart from under the bed, which suggests... More

We were only here for one night, but we thought this place was just ok. Pros: good location (walkable from bus stop and train station), and near a couple nice restaurants. Big room and private bath for this price were a plus. Cons: There was a drip in the ceiling of our washroom. The AC was a bit hard to... More

My husband and I stayed at Sono Motel for two nights. The place is really strange; dark hallways with odd lights... Well, the room was clean but smelled terribly of tobaco. There was a PC in the room but only in Korean; free WIFI was available. The drain of the shower was blocked. All in all, I din't liked my... More

Very friendly staff, did store our luggage after an early check out. Room was clean and big. Every room seemed to have a PC and also high speed WiFi connection. The Motel/Hotel is stationed very convenient for shopping at the near market and shopping street but also to the central bus-station which offered different tours. The regional bus-station is also...
