Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed here for 2 nights while exploring Daejeon. The hotel is short walk to the Jungango metro station (1 stop from the main Daejeon station) and shopping/dining experiences. The room was spacious, but the bed was rock hard, one of the worst hotel beds we have ever slept on. The included free breakfast is a basic eggs/sausage on toast with a choice of orange juice or coffee. Go for the Juice, the hazelnut drip filter coffee is some of the worst coffee we have ever tasted. There was a proper espresso machine there, but looked like it had not been in use recently. We would probably stay elsewhere next time. There is no laundry facility, but there is a 24 hour laundromat 50 metres down the street.

The hotel was pretty close to the Jungangno metro station which was only one stop from the Daejeon Train station. Room was spacious and clean. It featured the usual hard mattress that you find all over Korea. The staff were friendly and breakfast was served in the hotels coffee stop. Just meters away from the hotel were other coffee shop and restaurants serving Korean food. Round the corner from the hotel you could enter an underground shopping mall that lead into the metro station (handy if it was raining). The place was good value and a good standard.

Love the proximity of the hotel to Jungangno Metro Station and Daejeon Sky Road. There’s a food market street on the other side of the main road too. The variety of breakfast can be improved and the coffee tasted weird. Bed was quite shaky too. My partner woke me up every time he changed his sleeping position. Besides these, it is overall an ok hotel.

A typical love/tourist hotel/motel in the eastern part of Daejeon. The quality is about average but the cost is reasonable. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. And the hotel offers a very basic free breakfast as part of the room cost. If you just need a warm room with a decent bed in Eastern Daejeon, then this is your place. The staff was friendly and their English was passable.

Good location, 5 min walking distance from Jungangno Station. Staff speaks english. Room is pretty good and spacious with all needed features. Bed was hard, could be better, only reason i dont give it a 5 star review. In general i recommend this hotel. Clearly one of the 10 best in all the city.

it is close to metro station (Jungangno) and Skyroad attraction in Jung-gu. Close to good occidental food and shopping. I stayed in this hotel for 10 days with my family (two kids). The room is comfortable and well equipped. In my room there was a very big TV. The breakfast is very limited for occidentals, but there very nice coffee shops nearby. Very close to one of the best shopping places in Daejeon. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it is just for very simple breakfast.

Located within 5 minutes walk from the Jungangno Subway Station and 15 minutes walk to the Daejeon Train Station, this hotel is a great place to explore the city. The vibrant Jungang-ro shopping and food street is just 5 minutes walk away. The room is big and comfortable and comes with free and simple continental breakfast and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was easy to find, and the reception area is quite grand. The hotel is large and better than I expected considering the price; the room is spacious, the bed comfortable, and with the best down duvet and cotton sheets I've found in Korea. My only criticisms are a) the bathrooms really need renovating: it's a very old tub and just didn't feel all that clean. B) the aircon in the room was also quite musty; they've installed a dehumidifier but it needs replacing as you can still smell some mould. They've redecorated the bedroom area well - blackout window shutters were a lovely addition, fridge, complimentary water, juice, tea & coffee. And breakfast was great - scrambled eggs, toast, fresh tomato salad, juice etc. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, with a good level of English.

The other hotels at this price range are either very crappy and old or has a strong smell of smoke. This is a clean, neat and relatively cheap place. It is close to one of the city centers, easily reachable by subway, surrounded by nice restaurants and coffee shops. You can not bring food from outside, which basically means that no food deliveries.
