I stayed 3 days for business and personal reasons. The room was in the older section of the hotel, however it clearly met my needs. It was conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful (and yes they spoke English). The hotel is clean and well maintained. Everything worked except the internet. However the staff was able to address the... More

I was there for 2 nights and the experience was regular. The location is good, and easy to get there. The room where I stayed was so small but clean... The bathroom has an awfull design, when you take a shower all the floor gets wet (too much), because is too small. The breakfast is so bad with no so... More

The room where I stayed was absolutely new, silent and comfortable. Big space with big and comfy bed and a bathroom full of electronic devices for everything!. Easy and good place for business trips. I'll repeat there next time for sure. Nice views of all Daegu from room window. Breakfast is just ok mix of Korean and Western food.

Stayed just for one night on my first Business trip to Korea. Seemed good location and was comfortable. The new wing has renovated rooms with all new modern fixtures. Automated Toilet seats with instructions in Korean - difficult to figure out first....but convenient when you use. The lift gets occupied as it is common to a hospital on lower floors... More

I have yet to check out of the hotel as i write this. I had booked in for Hani Guesthouse however 48 hours prior, the guesthouse cancelled the booking due to water issues. I literally panicked as i did not know what else to book since we are unfamiliar with the Daegu. The reviews of Eldis were not the best... More

Elsie Regent Hotel was my absolute worst stay in Korea. At first it seems nice because they try to make up for their lack of service and old un-upgraded rooms with expensive looking decorations. But do not be fooled, this hotel is NOT worth the price they're asking for. I'm unfamiliar with the average price of stay in Daegu but... More

I realize that there was new wing and old wing.. i was staying in old wing..the room was look old, no iron prepared in the room, the room was warm..luckily i found the fan which they put under the table set...i am booking under corporate rate, no breakfast included, but i am confused... It is really over priced. I book the room with breakfast at corporate but they check us in without breakfast and more expensive than the price with breakfast. The room temperature is heated to 27degree and imagine how warm it is as the windows are all not able to open as I have to off The Central aircon/heater. This is... More

Hotel: The hotel is walking distance from Dongseongro, the shopping and restaurant paradise of Daegu. The hotel facade resembles more an office than a hotel, with a distinct lack of someone to welcome its guests. In fact, there was no one to welcome the guests, and the entrance to the hotel was rather confusing. Facilities: There isn't much to offer,... More

We were quite concerned with the slightly negative reviews on the Eldis Regent but we were not disappointed. It was a great place to stay, with a great view from the room and it's quite near shopping centres. The subway isnt too far away either. Would recommend it if you are not too picky with amenities, as there are virtually... More
