We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. We came there by car but didn't find free parking space for the hotel guests. So we had to leave the car few blocks away. It was a family vacation with two small kids so we chose the largest room with a balcony (for an extra charge). Though we payed for two...

Very good hotel with clean rooms, good food is not close to the center but this is not a problem taking under consideration how the hotel looks. The rooms are not very good, but the bed is very comfortable. the bathroom is ok maybe some small improvements but is ok. restaurant and food very ok.

The hotel was great - stuff helpful and friendly, clean, relaxed atmosphere, great sea view, great breakfast. We came for 1 night, wanted a place to stay during the Jacob's ladder festival (which was awesome!) I will definitely come back.

We are here as part of a prepaid tour, so to give benefit of the doubt is that we probably got the worst rooms in the hotels. Though definitely none of the 24 people in our group got those balconies facing the galilee sea. We don't have kettle, so buy your own water for sure. some don't even hv shower...

A different and unique hotel perched on a cliff with amazing views overlooking Lake Kinneret. Facilities are great, complete with swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant and complimentary bomb shelter. Located in the older bit of town, its about a 10/15 min walk to town. You can sit in the open air bar lobby and relax listening to the residential pianist,...

Happy to hear others had a great view of the Sea of Galilee. Even that couldn't have made up for the rudeness encountered by several in our group. To be fair, the buffet was fine, however the staff seemed less than interested in taking care of guests. We paid for Internet connectivity but had to ask for a refund because...

The hotel was clean, good service, near tourist sites, buffet breakfast choices as well as dinner buffet with various choices. Hotel accommodated a large group of us by extending a late dinner upon our return from a late tourist attraction visit.
