We stayed for Shabbat. Considering the price we paid for the stay it was well worth it. The food that was included in the price was excellent. That morocan fish served Friday night, I still have the taste of it in my mouth. If you want the Ritz Carlton, you won't find it here. What you will find is traditional...

The hotel is located at the top of a steep incline. Ask at check in where the steps to town are located. Does not: The hotel does not have an elevator and does not serve breakfast on Saturday. Breakfast: I did not eat breakfast and cannot review if it was good or not. Parking. The hotel has parking, but watch...

It's been a year since I was last at the Hotel and it has not changed. Such a shame as it is in a great location and would make a brilliant boutique hotel. However unless you are travelling with a group still a place to avoid.

I spent 2 days at this hotel which is situated within 5 minutes walking distance from the center of town. It is close to all the attractions with easy walking even though it is hilly. There is plenty of parking and the rooms are roomy, clean and well equipped. The food is plentiful and the service is excellent.

This hotel is at best 1 star and caters for youth groups. Having said that it's worse then most youth hostels in terms of the accommodation and particularly the sheets and blankets (take your own!) Given the conditions the staff is accommodating and food is fine. I travelled with a group and it was just OK. Individual travelers should avoid.

I see that others have commented upon the physical facilities, the food, the hot water in the showers, but you know what: I have found something slightly different to comment upon: The Ron is marketed to the religious public and the religious public has children, B"H. Do you know why Rabbi Akiva laughed. The famous rabbi laughed because he could...

Hotel Ron is small and old fashioned. The rooms and public areas are a little the worse for wear. That said we spent one night there during a very cold spell last week and the hotel was warm and the water in the shower was also very hot. The food was traditional Shabbat food of good quality and nicely served....

I'll start off saying that the hotel was very clean and no sign of the kitchen smell mentioned by another reviewer... As we pulled up to the hotel my wife told me to turn around and go back to Tiberias (1/2hr-3/4hr drive) where there are abundance of brand name hotels. In reality the facade is the worst part of the...
