I am staying here for business but am very dissapointed with the hotel. It's a bit of a Fawlty Towers situation. The guests don't seem to be important to the staff. This is three weeks that I have been here and the room is cold. The heating doesn't work in my room or in my

I like the overall impression I got and appreciate the sports facilities and the basics of the infrastructure. The suites offer quite a lot of space and the bed is good. Good for a congress but unfortunately a lot to be renewed/updated for leisure/tourism. The buffet meals are

Jaffa is closer by far than Jerusalem from where you will be. You would certainly be able to enjoy Old Jaffa in a half day. In my opinion you would need to be able you commit an entire day for Jerusalem.

We do have a shuttle service; it has a charge of 200 NIS since the driver will wait for you there with a sign (contact directly to the reception for the arrangements). The ride is 15 to 30 min long drive depends on traffic. It is very easy to grab a taxi outside of the terminal. rate should be no more than 140 NIS.
