I was there for a conference. The hotel is a bit outdated but the room was clean and the beds comfortable. The meals were good. The music at the lobby area was very loud. The hotel accomodated well large groups and conference facilities. The view is great. It's half an hour walk to the old city, so transportation is needed.

I had no idea how this hotel would stack up. I was pleasantly surprised. While the hotel's hospitality is fair to poor (lack of training), the facility is modern and clean. The view is spectacular. While not up to most Tel Aviv or Jerusalem hotels I've stayed, this is a very acceptable hotel to use as a base during a...

This place could be so much better; nice place but needs some updating and attention to detail. Nice big pool area, but the pool and spa were closed even though it was 95 F. We tried for 3 days to get our hair drier and shower head fixed. Meals were decent, they did a good job of accomodating a large...

The lobby seems to be renovated. the rooms are specious and nice although the furniture in some rooms is falling apart (literally). The food was basic and some dishes are of reasonable quality but basic. The staff was excellent, polite, and helpful and this is the highlight of this place. The pool is very nice. The center of town is...

Was a week before Passover: no food, only salad Was 9pm: I had not eaten, was told kitchen closed (not even salad) Tried to order a coffee: waiting staff acted as though I was the world's biggest inconvenience All other staff were generally joyless And it's dated and run down,...

We were sorry we could not stay longer. We only had the buffet breakfast which was very good. We ate out at a local restaurant. The rooms were good. It wasn't amazing, but it served out needs and for that we very grateful.

The hotels employees really are charming and caring. They try to help whatever we wanted. The food is average. Salads from not the best quality letuace etc. Morning coffee not nice. Rooms large and comfortable.

This is a very nice hotel, with great scenic view of the valley, old style and old furniture, but apart the location (35min from downtown) the rest is good. I had room at 8th floor, who need to be renewed. There's a nice lobby bar where to have drink and/or eat something (salads), and also a restaurant.

Well, we went on vacation. Hotel does't have AC (only heater) very old and very well maintained. Restaurant didn't have arab bread (pita) that is the equivalent of going to Mexico and not having tortillas...shame. Reasonably well located.

From the lobby great view of the valley and neighborhoods. Comfortable rooms but some old furniture inside. Nice to stay with a group. nice lobby where it is possible to stay after the dinner with friends. Good service and a variety of choices for meals.
