We booked the only room on the first floor of this inn the weekend we were visiting our son at FLETC. The staff was extremely warm and friendly! The room was beautiful and spacious! There was a king size bed with plenty of pillows, a sofa, dinette table and chairs, a kitchenette and spacious bathroom! Their 'business center' was one...

We thank you for your feedback since we aren't able to stay in all the rooms to experience what our guests do, and at the same time, see how our normal routine effects our guests. This does helps us see where we can improve to make your stay more enjoyable. I do want to apologize for the noise during your...

This was a great place to stay. Our room was a little cramped but the bed, room, and bathroom were clean and in great shape. The couple that owns the place is awesome and very helpful. They serve an awesome continental breakfast with real food. No imitation stuff. Their breakfast was the best food we ate in town. If only...

My wife and I spent one night here before going to the Carlsbad Caverns. This is an exceptional B & B. The hosts were very nice and friendly. The room was nicely furnished and well laid out. The towels were very soft and large. The sheets were also very soft and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We were very pleased...

Will bring my family here again. As travelers from the east on a roadtrip, we could not have found a place more accommodating. The Inn keepers were an added bonus of hospitality. Rooms were comfortable and cozy. Our daughter loved the atmosphere of the inn over a hotel.

We stayed here while attending a wedding in Artesia and absolutely loved it. From the charming rooms to the ease of internet use, this place has it all! We had our infant and two year old with us and they were incredibly welcoming to all 4 of us. We loved the breakfast and everyone at the wedding was dying to...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Artesia thanks to the Heritage Inn. The rooms are quaint, comfortable, charming, and well kept. The inn keepers are gracious hosts. We are coming back to take advantage of a night at the performing arts theater and a day in Carlsbad, Roswell, and a host of scenic national forests.

Due to a mix up in our reservations, we almost changed our plans and moved to a pricier hotel in Carlsbad. Very glad we didn't. Loved the "Old West" feel of the place -- but don't get me wrong. It's very well appointed, totally renovated with modern fixtures and conveniences, but you could just imagine what the hotel and the...

The Heritage Inn is a charming hotel that is very well located for visiting Roswell, Artesia and Carlsbad. The building has a lot of history but the rooms and bathrooms are updated with nice finishes. The Innkeepers are friendly and helpful. This is a much better value than anything available in Carlsbad. It's a great place! Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I were looking to stay at a NICE place near Carlsbad Caverns, but as you may have already noticed, Carlsbad is full of sub-par yet overpriced hotels/motels/inns. We decided to stay at Heritage Inn in Artesia because of its great reviews on TripAdvisor, and we were not disappointed! The beds were SO comfortable and I was obsessed...

My husband and I chose the Heritage Inn in Artesia as a midway point between our two touristy destinations, Roswell and Carlsbad Caverns. Our choice was perfect! The Heritage Inn is immaculately clean. The innkeepers are friendly and knowledgable. The main housekeeper made our visit really special by providing a second rocking chair and wine glasses in our room after...
