Nice place to stay. Rooms were comfortable Breakfast was good Location good. Only fault is all but one room are up a long flight of stairs and cases get heavy before the top for us oldies. My suggestion was one of those electric stair lifts that go up stairs even for the cases.

We met my cousin and his wife here, so that we had a base to go down to visit Carlsbad Caverns. They had a larger room facing the main street, but found that the traffic noise was irritating as they live in a quiet mountain home. We had one of the smaller side rooms facing out over the car park...

I recently stayed at the Heritage Inn in Artesia, NM. Unfortunately, my visit was not for pleasure but rather honoring the memory of an American hero whose life was taken while serving our country in Afghanistan. I could not have chosen a better place to stay. Staff was pleasant, kind and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. My room...

Spent Memorial Day weekend here. Half way between Carlsbad & Roswell. Stayed in room 11 - it can sleep 2 adults & 2 teenage kids (on queen sleeper sofa). It even has kitchen in this room. The free breakfast was great - Paninis - always fresh fruit & more. Free bottle water & cookies upon check in & microwave popcorn...

What a wonderful historic hotel. Our rooms had been updated and were so beautiful. Everything was spotless and well done. Breakfast was continental and just what we wanted-fruit, cereal, and so forth. Keep in mind the building is historic so there is no elevator, but that was not a problem for us. The staff was friendly and very helpful (especially...

This is an historic building and thus the room was a bit small but very tasteful and excellent bath. Our only negative would be the long staircase to the second floor in carrying in luggage etc. The morning breakfast was average with only a warm breakfast sandwich ad ab option other than regular breakfast food ie no fresh bakery.

This place is a real gem. The rooms are quiet, immaculately clean and neat. The beds are comfortable for a good nights rest. The staff is friendly, extremely helpful and very conscientious. Located on Main Street in the heart of Artesia within walking distance of many attractions, shopping and dining. The breakfast was wonderful with sliced deli meat, cheese, English...

We booked the only room on the first floor of this inn the weekend we were visiting our son at FLETC. The staff was extremely warm and friendly! The room was beautiful and spacious! There was a king size bed with plenty of pillows, a sofa, dinette table and chairs, a kitchenette and spacious bathroom! Their 'business center' was one...

We thank you for your feedback since we aren't able to stay in all the rooms to experience what our guests do, and at the same time, see how our normal routine effects our guests. This does helps us see where we can improve to make your stay more enjoyable. I do want to apologize for the noise during your...

This was a great place to stay. Our room was a little cramped but the bed, room, and bathroom were clean and in great shape. The couple that owns the place is awesome and very helpful. They serve an awesome continental breakfast with real food. No imitation stuff. Their breakfast was the best food we ate in town. If only...

My wife and I spent one night here before going to the Carlsbad Caverns. This is an exceptional B & B. The hosts were very nice and friendly. The room was nicely furnished and well laid out. The towels were very soft and large. The sheets were also very soft and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We were very pleased...
