Heritage Inn had perfect accommodations for me, my Mom and my sister for our mother/daughter vacation. Beautifully decorated Inn, spotlessly clean room with super comfortable beds. This is a very clean safe area. Cutest little town!!!

This is a wonderful B&B located in the center of Artesia. It is located on the 2nd floor so you will have to walk up the stairs. The rooms are beautifully decorated with everything you need and everything is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is a mixture of hot and cold offerings with plenty of choices. Don't skip the oatmeal. The...

Very comfortable, clean and pleasant Inn. There is a covered balcony with chairs and tables to have breakfast or evening conversations. The owner was very friendly. He suggested we take an alternate scenic route to our next destination, and we were so happy we did!

I was in town for a show I was promoting at the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center. The Heritage Inn was conveniently across the street and our main reasoning for selecting. We were so pleasantly surprised when we stop by the weekend before our stay and discovered how lovely the B & B was, Artesia's best kept secret. We ended up...

We stayed here 2 night while visiting Carlsberg Caverns.I believe the hotel had 10 rooms, they were a good size and nicely appointed. They had a nice deck off the main floor, we had barbecue here one night and wine the next evening. The hotel is located over a store. you have to carry your bags up a long flight...

It's a historic building restored to brand new condition. It has high ceilings and tall windows with charming window covering. The air conditioning was perfect. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed. We got there after a nine hour drive from Texas. It was so great to settle in to the luxurious room. The owners live on...

This Inn is everything and more! The Owners are very gracious and welcoming. The Inn is charming and extremely clean!!! Breakfast is incredible. Easy to get to, tons of parking, walking distance to all the cute shops downtown. Free water bottles (no paying $3-4 for a water bottle, like in other hotels) and a small bag of the New Mexico...

We loath staying at cookie cutter places and instead look for locally-owned places that know the town and area. We recently rented two rooms for our family and had a fantastic stay. It has all of the charm and warmth of a small hometown inn with all of the modern luxuries you want. Excellent air conditioning, beds, and bathroom facilities....

A hard group to please, there were 8 of us driving a 22 day circuit of the Southwest, a university crowd from Puerto Rico with interest in Amerindian/Native American culture, anthropology, history, geology. I took a year planning the route to take us through the “musts” of the area, but more importantly, which guided tours we should choose, what local...

We'd spent the day hiking in the Guadalupe Mtns Nat'l Park and Carlsbad Caverns with our 2 year old, and we needed a stop-over between the Caverns and Roswell for the night. Selected this place because it seemed to get better reviews than anywhere else in the area. We were not disappointed! Ryan was extremely friendly and accommodating! He helped...
