We were driving from Tucson and Artesia seemed like a decent place to stay on our way to Carlsbad Caverns. The drive there was exhausting but once there, we were able to get a good night's sleep. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Artesia is a great small town - you drive through the main downtown street to access the hotel. Rooms were clean and kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast is always a plus when traveling with kids. Front desk was courteous.
This was a great hotel to stay in if you are planning to go to Roswell and Carlsbad Caverns. The driving distance is less than an hour to both places and good restaurants in the downtown area. Clean hotel
