The facilities are nice, the rooms are clean and large enough. I liked the garden and open view right out side our room. The pool is fantastic and the SPA is excellent. The dining room is far. Food is average. We had to wait for long to be seated.

The hotel is embedded in a stunning botanical garden with an incredible variety of plants throughout the large premises of the hotel and the kibbuz. The quality of the rooms depends greatly on whether they are new or old: The new ones are comfortable and attractive, whereas the old ones are very small and quite unattractive. If possible, take a...

We were there for 2 nights. It was a nice surprise when we were told that it included 2 dead sea spa visits. One was on the property of the hotel (it was very nice) and the other was a couple of miles away (not as nice, but OK). Also, our room (not all) had a little private patio with...

the hotel is like the 80's , small reception, close at night. still uses keys that are difficult to walk with. the rooms are all around the area and are very different from each other the food is good but defiantly does not worth the money.

The hotel is nice.. The food was good at the restaurant next to the lobby. The rooms were better than expected. I had read other reviews and I was concerned so I asked for a "new" room. Non were available. She said we have a "medium room". I was pleasantly surprised when I got into the room. We booked 2...

The service wasn't consistent, mostly the staff showed lack of interest, concern, or sympathy but the surrounding gardens, the outdoor pool and especially the Synergy Spa did it for us. Our superior room had an amazing view to the Arugot Stream. The room was basic and comfortable enough. We ate lunch twice at the Baobar and had buffet dinner and...

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. The whole setting is beautiful and the rooms we booked were extremely nice (we had mini suites in the boutique rooms, I recommend the boutique rooms rather than the standard). The hotel allows you to go to the nearby Dead Sea resort spa for free which was amazing. The pool area is...

The Ein Gedi guest house suffers, like most Israeli hotels, from a serious service problem. It is lacking in service and jospitality compared to just about any european hotel or b&b i even stayed in. However it is no different in level of service than that of any other Israeli hotel. The food, both breakfast and dinner, is sometimes bad...

I was in this place at those days in Rosh Hashana holiday and before 2 years with my family. We enjoyed very much. The spa was clean the water in the swimming pools were cleaning. The crew was very polite and everything was fine.

Large resort style hotel - but grounds have campus feel and beautiful gardens between the rooms / buildings. We especially liked the adults-only spa / pool area - which overlooks the dead see and was very serene in comparison to the main pool area. Food at the reception cafe was pretty good - but breakfast buffet was not.
