Booked online and had fantastic communication when contacted direct re directions. Checking in and out was easy. Ein Gedi Youth Hostel is on it’s own with nothing surrounding it. (It looks just like the photo on the web with a big green sign that lights up at night). The rooms have an amazing outlook over the Dead Sea to Jordon...

Loved this place. New and very clean youth hostel. Rooms are very big ( we stayed in a 4-bed room). Friendly staff. There are no restaurants close by, so you probably end up eating at the hostel. Food is OK, but the restaurant gives you memories from the school canteen. Walking distance to Dead Sea public beach. And don't miss...

We recently held my daughter's bat mitzvah at the Ein Gedi youth hostel. From our first communication with them through the end of the event, everything was top notch, with a very high level of service and attention to detail. We rented 18 rooms, for a total of 60 people, including meals. We were impressed by the level of organization,...

Restaurant review – Beit Sarah Guest house Ein Gedi It was Hanukah…..and we had arranged a big family overnight bash. Prices around Israel were through the roof and minimum stay times were requested at most Hotels. At this time of year (December-January), most people go for Statistics….i.e. if you want to stay somewhere where there is a low chance of...

We ad a nice stay at the En Gedi Youth Hostel - but were very dissapointed, the En Gedi beach is closed right now (under construction). If we had know that before, we would have choosen another location to sleep over. The next beach free of charge is now the En Bokeg - which is full of tourists and sand...

I stayed here for 2 nights with my 13 year old son during our Israel tour. It is simple, but clean, , and the staff are friendly. The food was basic and adequate, the room spacious and comfortable, and spotlessly clean; the bathroom was adequate; there was parking, it was safe and mostly quiet. What more do you need? On...

This hostel has a very practical location. Ein Gedi Park is on a walking distance. You can do really good hiking there with an amazing scenery of the Dead Sea and the surroundings. The Dead Sea is less than a hundred meters from the hostel. You can reach the place by car or bus. There're buses either coming from Eilat...

We had a 4 beds room with bathroom and small terrace. Don't expect luxury - but it's very functional and clean. Just nice, fits the purpose and it was something more than just youth bed and breakfast - it was really nice place, whole complex of buildings and area around very well maintained. These guys in Israel are crazy about...
