The receptionists were friendly and helpful which was a nice exception for our experience in Tel Aviv overall.

This hotel does not have a queen bed or a room with a balcony, so don’t book one. Completely false advertising. More like a red light district. The beach opposite is nothing special. Ended up paying less for a much nicer hotel in the heart of tel Aviv. DO NOT stay here!
Staff are ok, some are more helpful than others, some not at all - so you feel you bother them really, but I assume this is something you may experience in Israel everywhere - people in general are not happy puppies.
The hotel is very basic, but at the same moment pleasant. The renovated bathroom was sufficient. The staff was really very helpful and understanding, although communication was challenged due to language issues.
Very nice breakfast was included and parking also, which is very helpfull when you plan to be at the hotel during the weekend, as there will be hardly any public parking available..
