Its a great room and excellent view. Dinner is good too. We had some wifi problems, but staff is friendly. Climate can be rather cold, so bring good clothing. The hotel is located far outside the city side, so you need a car.

The hotel ground are really nice. Comes with family. The service however are somewhat below standard. We ordered a suite for family however upon arrival without notice they change the room and break the booking in to 2 smaller rooms. And wiithout further compensation. Since it's a peak season we don't have much choice. The Staff could have telephone us...

After viziting Pekanbaru we travelled to Bukittinggi with the car. We stayed overnight at this resort. The vieuw is amazing, special if you sit at the restaurant in the morning for breakfast and your vieuw is overlook at Maninjau lake. All the pain and tiring from long driving are gone once when you see that panorama. The service is good...

Good view, nice room, clean. The only thing is the hotel location is far from the city. So make sure you had dinner before go back to this hotel. This hotel is surrounded by the jungle. Very near to maninjau lake, take 49 u turn then you will arrived at maninjau lake.

It's situated in the Bukit Tinggi area and surrounded by jungle, villages and hills. The location is far away from the big city or other interesting places and shopping centre. This resort has good views of Maninjau lake but you can only see them if you're on top of the roof for sightseeing or from the restaurant. The room is comfy and we have...

If you want to enjoy Lake Maninjau, this is the best place. Near Puncak Lawang and the famous "kelok 44". The lake is right behind this hotel and you can see the beautiful view while eating your breakfast. But the best view can be seen on the top floor (above the restaurant). Old hotel, you can see dust everywhere. The...

The hotel has pretty cramped rooms and is practically in the middle of nowhere. Inside the hotel complex, you won't find any food anywhere except for the overpriced restaurant. The view should have been spectacular but the view was covered in fog.

We stayed here for four nights at the end of Dec'13. Located in a tiny hamlet of Ambun Pagi ("morning dew") overlooking the spectacular Danau Maninjau ("lake maninjau") in the Minangkabau highlands. Ambun Pagi itself is located 27km away from the town of Bukittinggi ("High Hill") along narrow winding roads that pass through rice fields and hills. Due to this,...

The venue was built around 80s and little has been done to upgrade that. Hot water was unstable (we found out that they're still using gas heater). We arrived rather late from Bukittinggi and was told that the buffet dinner is almost finished, leaving only white rice, soup from gulai daun singkong, and rendang suwir. When our children order 3 nasi...

I knew this hotel from the internet. But when I arrived there, it's just a lil bit below my expectation coz the hotel just like standard middle-up hotel in a big city even though it has maninjau lake view. But the air in the area was so fresh & cold with the rice field along the street. What I love...
