The hotel is very near to Nagoya shopping mall. The place is considered relatively safe in the day but do watch out for the traffic when crossing the road as it can be quite hectic. It can be quite dangerous if you are walking alone, looters can be spotted around. A kid or beggar might appear out of nowhere to...

Spent 2 nights at the hotel recently and the hotel standard has improved considerably well. Front office staff are polite and helpful. Restaurant and room service staff are well groomed and professional in service as well as the Tea Story cafe staff who are brilliant n promoting their F&B items. Breakfast spread is excellent with many delicious items and drinks....

Terrible hotel, air conditioning not cold, terrible smell coming from the mattress and no water pressure shower head. Never ever I am going to step in this hotel again and stay away from 3rd floor as the karaoke is just above you at 4th floor (unless you like free karaoke throughout till wee hours)

Hotel is only 5 min walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Front desk staff was okay, the only thing I could not understand is why they needed to keep our passports which I was not comfortable and asked to be returned and placed a deposit of Rp200,000 instead. Room was not ready when we arrive so we left our luggage...

I have stayed one night from Sunday to Monday. I have read most of the reviews and adjusted my expectations accordingly. It is according to the previous comments from this review. I sincerely hope that the management can read this and those comments and look into it. If only they can upgrade simply e.g damp smell, newer towels, etc......I am...

Stayed 1 night with family of 4 people. Staff was pretty friendly. Check in was a breeze even though we were early by an hour. The room was very clean, towel provided as well. Wifi fast enough to stream videos. Cable tv, can watch live football during weekends. Location wise, superb as it is a 5 min walk to Nagoya...
