A freen oasis in Solo. The hotel has a lot of plants and is really a little green oasis. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. The location is ok, there are some restaurants and a big shopping mall in the neighbourhood.

I have mixed review to this hotel, as i read here, no more review to this hotel since 2017. Actually, we have pleasent stay at this unique hotel. This hotel was renovated at 2014, become greener and have the same concept (used to be one management) with hotel in prawirotaman Jogja. It recieved many achievement during that year. But unfortunatelly, i think they cant manage this hotel good enough to mauntain their achievement. I arrived late at the evening, this hotel look a bit dark. While Entering the room, we saw that the cleanness was not perfect, mod on the bathroom, AC didint work well and there was only one weird window. The staff was super nice, they appologize for the mistake and give me another room which have better AC condition. The hotel have comfortable bed. The things turn out 180 degree in the morning, when i woke up with the sound of the nature (bird talking beautifully). And there was a human made rainfall to watter the plants, so relieve and this things will turn you calm. At the end this hotel was good for you who search for unique hotel and also good for photography. Compare to the no star hotel or old hotel in Solo, this one was more worth it and have the reasonable price. Didnt try the breakfast, they dont do buffe, and charge was to high (50K IDR/person). Location of this hotel quite hard to find but the maps was accurate

Our tour operator had booked us in here and, on arrival, it looked promising. Once we got to our room, however, we found it dark and depressing - and, even more importantly, not very clean and with a peculiar smell. The shower floor had something that looked like mold that came up when we ran a finger across it. The towels and sheets were threadbare and the sheets had holes in them. Since it was raining outside and we couldn't imagine spending any time in this room, we checked out and moved to another hotel. Staff were very nice and apologetic - and offered to clean the room, but that wouldn't have solved the problem.

Stayed in Solo for 2 days because We had two marriages to attend in solo. Checked out this place on TripAdvisor. Pictures were close to reality. Location was a walking distance to Paragon Mall where food was easy to find. Download Gojek Application and deliver via Go food if you don't want to go out. We arrived here late at 22.30. Cek in was easy, they already prepared an iron due to my request by phone. we got room 2I with a weird small 'window/ for air circulation facing to the front of the property,.and two small circle windows near the bed, which also seemed quite weird. (don't know their function).many noises from people outside ( perhaps night shift RONDA, Street vendors not to mention nextdoor giggling were quite obvious. Yet, we were too tired to care or even change rooms. Property was dated and needed to be updated. But it was clean enough. hot water worked nice. Love love the green lushes plants that were grown surrounding the property. We actually had a little time to enjoy the place, morning on our check out Turned out there was a set of gamelan at the common room and lots of spots for picture shooting 😊. This place was opened by Mr Joko widodo when he was the major of the city. Makes sense since it felt like a small forest in the middle of the city. Staff was nice. Overall this place was OK. Maybe taking a higher type of room would be better if you want to enjoy the property.

The place was nicer in the photos when we booked via airbnb. But in reality it's a bit old and need maintenance, it was okay for family with toddler, but must watched our son around because many areas in the 2nd floor is not safe. But in general we have good stay there, location great walking distance to Paragon Mal Solo and easy to find becak/tricycle transport there. We needed the mal to bring our son to playground, Staffs are friendly and really given a homie vibes. So can try if you are not looking something fancy.
