Pretty good and affordable for local accommodation. Good service and hospitality. There's a little problem with the air conditioner and the culvert. Good food although there are not so many variance on the menu. But overall this is a good place for staying on your short term visit to Malang.

Been here for one night. At first sight the hotel is nice, it has wonderful design.. has nice artificial fireplace, has nice garden at the center. But when I entered the room it has strong bad smell. The smell is like mold or something. They should make extra ventilation for air circulation. The smell is so strong I can smell...

This is the first time I came to Malang, and stayed at the Grand Palace Malang. They have a Romans interior design, with the big pillars and statues, starts from outside and inside the hotel. I've stayed for 4D3N just only to enjoy Malang, Batu, Jatim Park and hunting the food. I like the balcony area behind the room, so...

Very interesting architecture, choose executive rooms which have a balcony which overlooks the fountains. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well kept. It would be nice to have a better menu, as it is pretty basic. But no complaints and would definitely return

The standard room is quite big. We got welcome fruit, and each room has balcony with table and chair. I can work in front of my room with greenish atmosphere. The bathroom a little bit small and the water shower hose can't hang still. So i have to shower with grab the shower. Except that, everything is nice. Breakfast is...

Lovely old hotel - totally unexpected architecture in an otherwise ordinary street. Imposing from the outside and there is a beautiful interior courtyard. Our room had a balcony into the courtyard which was a relaxing place to sit. Beds comfortable, good wifi and good breakfast. Very close to Alun Alun so convenient location.

Stay here for 2 night with family. The hotel is old and considered cheap. The room size averagely bigger than the newer hotel with same price level. But you have to deal with old furniture. Anyway the sculpture and ornaments are quite fun =D I got problem in my room, something wrong with the ceiling. It always pouring dust on...

I was staying at this Hotel with my colleagues during office outing. We booked 4 rooms at that time. At first I felt I was entering a grandeur hotel. So many ornaments and sculptures. Welcome drinks were served pretty fast and pretty refreshing too. A very good first impressions. Unfortunately the room was dull as it has no windows and...

The hotel is not as cool as the photos in the website. The exterior design are nice but seemed to be not well maintain. The room interior looked old and have humid smell which is quite annoying. Staying there for 2 nights, got the room on the ground. The breakfast spread is average.

nice and good value hotel at Malang, East Java Indonesia. You should have to try this hotel when you visit Malang city. Good staff, fair food, and good room. You can go to downtown easily with becak, I advice you to ask the hotel staff about the price before you use becak.

“The Superior and Deluxe rooms are probably better value for money than the Executive. The only different between the Deluxe and the Executive is that the Executive has a small balcony facing the atrium.”
