Our private villa at Anusara was a dream come true! We loved our room, infinity pool, cabana, and how quiet it was since the property is outside of central Ubud and is tucked away in lush greenery. But above all, we loved the staff. The friendliest, kindest, and most accommodating staff we’ve ever had on a vacation. Whether it was helping us with activity/tour bookings, shuttle service, recommendations, or going out of their way to make sure we loved the food, they made us feel so special. So sad to leave, but we’ll definitely be back to Anusara on our next trip to Bali!

Excellent accommodation, I could not fault anything about the Anusara luxury villas, they are spotlessly clean the staff are excellent, the food is is superb. It is the perfect place to totally relax, while only being a short drive from the bars and restaurants in Ubud. There is a free shuttle into town four times per day. Each villa has its own private pool and outside four poster sun bed. I would not hesitate in recommending this place.

Excellent stay. Staff was personable and accommodating. The room was private and just right for us. The pool was a little chilly. But after a full day of activities it was nice to cool down in our own private pool.

From check-in to check out our time at Anusara Luxury Villas was absolutely perfect. The staff were amazing, making sure our every need was attended to. We stayed in Villa 8, which was breathtaking the moment we walked through the we felt totally relaxed. The staff at Anusara left no stone unturned to ensure we had an amazing and relaxing stay. My husband and I stayed at Anusara for our honeymoon, in the honeymoon sweet. The room itself was beautiful and breath taking. Having our private pool facing the nature was just amazing. Most importantly the staff was beyond great! Always so kind and thoughful, making sure we had everything we needed. Also great people to talk to and just ask questions about the area. The room was super clean, and the food was just delicious!! We had breakfast there every morning but sometimes we would also have lunch or dinner. I would definitely come back here again, not only for the kindness of the staff but also the closeness to nature that you get!

After a beautiful stay in 2019, we had to come back and stay again in 2023! Such a peaceful and idyllic place to relax. The villas are awesome, clean and beautifully appointed. Massages by the pool, dinner served by the pool and if you want a fantastic yoga teacher to come to your villa for a start of the day private session, that’s easy to arrange too! The staff are very friendly and accomodating and a free shuttle into town means the hustle and bustle is only 10 minutes away. We love this place and would return every time we come to Bali. As a couples retreat, it definitely does not disappoint. Thanks for looking after us again.

A lovely hotel with very accommodating staff. Great room facilities, excellent linen and a beautifully soft and comfortable bed. Only down side is that the hotel is a long way from any other entertainment, but there is a free car into and back from Ubud at specific times every day. I recommend the day trip with Agung, a very competent and knowledgeable driver, and a fair photographer too.

Beautiful villas located near many rice fields. We enjoyed the friendly and hospitable staff. Timely service and convenient extra services such as yoga and massages that come to your room. My sister, friends, and I choose this location due to the ratings. I’m taking a star off for lack of hot water. Taking a cold shower after a long day was not pleasant. Our phone was disconnected so we could not reach the front desk for service and wake-up calls, food service, or emergencies. Also lowered stars because our AC was scheduled to turn off at night after our 2nd day leaving us waking up sweating hot at night. Overall, I would stay here again with the hope of them fixing those issues. The friendly staff saved this review.

Dear Ms. Melissa Thank you for staying with us and writing a review of your experiences It is with much regret you didn't mention any of the issues you had to the front desk or any of the staff. Maintenance issues can arise anytime even when you kindly did guest feedback for us when you check out, nothing negative was mentioned, and the air conditioner time must have accidentally been switched off at an untimely moment has been altered, the maintenance checked the hot water and wasn't an issue, the time next guest also found the hot water OK With regards to the phone, yes we did find this to be slightly quality, and has been fixed. You were a long stay with us and we all enjoyed being your host we encourage all our guests to inform us ad any issues every morning at breakfast. We wish you well and a safe return home and we all look forward to seeing you and your family and friends back at Anusara in the near future Best regards Anusara Staff, and management

Very nice retreat in the middle of Ubuds nature with rice terraces, flora and fauna. The staff was amazing! Will come back when visiting Ubud. Good location to go on day trips as well as half days trips. We liked a lot the private pool and spacious rooms and bathrooms.
