We stayed for three nights in the Hibiscus room. Beautiful sweeping views of the valley below. Loved listening to the river at night time as we went to sleep. No a/c but we didn't miss it! The fan along with the lovely breezes made sleeping very pleasant. The room is at the end and has the best views by far!...

We have been going to Bali since 1997 and Alam Indah and its sister hotel Alam Jiwa are our favorite places to stay. The hotels are built in traditional Balinese style and are set in beautiful surroundings. Staff are very helpful and attentive and the location is close enough to town to walk but far enough away that you feel...

We recently spent 4 nights here and can't speak highly enough of this wonderful hotel. We stayed in a huge well appointed room and enjoyed every minute. The staff were wonderful, they even offer a free pick up and drop off service for anywhere in Ubud. The breakfast was included and delicious. If there was one thing to complain about...

We just went back to Alam Indah in September, and stayed in the Gardenia Suite (the 2 bedroom 2 floor villa right by the pool). The room was amazing, and the service there was great. Quiet even though it was right by the pool and you could see the pool from the outdoor sitting area. They brought us breakfast to...

We stayed in the gardenia suite for two nights and loved it. For two of us it was actually too much space, but since there is only one queen bed perfect for indulgence. The hotel is tucked away into the forest and very peaceful. The flowers and pool are lovely, and the open air bathroom so refreshing. I highly recommend...

It was our 5th trip to Ubud over the years and Alam Indah is now our No 1 hotel - we'll certainly stay there next time. We spent only 2 nights in a standard room (everything was fully booked, even if we contacted the hotel well in advance) and everything exceeded our expectations. Amazing!

We were at Bali for our honeymoon in Dec 2012. We picked Alam Indah due to the great reviews on this site and we are super happy with our experience. The hotel is in a quiet place, ideal for people who like peace and quiet and long walks. Ubud central market place (where you can bargain and shop) is a...

Nothing more a great place to escape from the crazy daily life. Just great room or we call Villa with quite place to stay and breath clean air. No TV so no news about Arab spring or downgrade of what country ..... but have Wifi to connect the world. Near the monkey forest so prepare some invasion of privacy at...
